Dr. Bart Cioccia, DDS is incredibly multi-talented in the dental field. On my teeth alone, he's proven to be an excellent: colorist, artist, sculpturist, graphic designer, and photographer! The equipment is so state of the art (almost like Star Wars scene as he's taking photos of my teeth in rapid-fire succession). I sincerely feel so well-cared for that I go in smiling and leave happy.

Again, thanks to Dr. B (and the entire Baystate Dental staff) for my Hollywood Smile!!!

I love this office! It’s very clean, modern and they were able to get my filling done the same day. Office staff were nice and professional, I felt they were knowledgeable about my insurance coverage as well. I’ll be referring family members to Baystate Dental!

I love the care I receive from the hygienist, Lori Newman. She's a pro.competent, experienced, organized, and sociable.
The office people are friendly and attentive and the area is clean but free of any reading material.

Their reminders are decent but I've received notices asking me to update my info, which hadn't changed. I called the office to inquire about whether that was necessary and was told that the system automatically sends those requests and that I could ignore it. That doesn't make sense.

I have had not so great experiences at other Baystate Dental offices, but I drive almost an hour to have my appointments at North Hampton. From the moment they pick up the phone, to checking out with Nicole, the service is fast, friendly and professional. I have always felt comfortable with all the hygienists and today I had the pleasure of meeting Jane. I loved her energy and she put me at ease. She partnered so well with Dr. Cioccia. I finally feel like I have a team I can trust with my dental care and it is worth the trip. My husband has now even switched to this office.

Great practice! I am a super anxious person and especially when dealing with the dentist. Dr. Cioccia was so nice and calming and explained everything thoroughly! I felt so much better after my appointment and the front desk staff were so accommodating. They even got me in the same day with the hygienist Alyssa who was also very knowledgeable and I’d have to say my best cleaning I’ve ever had! I would recommend to everyone I know! Thank you Baystate Dental Northampton!
