The way they do their employees is just very sad. The employees are what make a practice. Very poor management, especially on the cosmetics side.

The managers are awful to their employees. No loyalty whatsoever. If that doesn't get fixed this place will be heading downhill in no time.

Love the Skin Wellness Center, Dr. Meredith Overholt and her staff. They are amazing. My entire family uses them for all our dermatological needs!

Would be nice to have older employees there to show the results your older patients can achieve. Younger ladies skin is totally different than women past 45 on up. Just an idea. Your cosmetic team are wonderful, Leslie, Alexis, and Laura. Jenny and Brittney are awesome and very knowledgeable on procedures and products.

This office is great. I see Lindsey Frazier and she is wonderful. She takes her time with you and you feel like she cares. Her staff is great. Everyone at the office is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility.

I cannot imagine anyone having a bad experience at this practice. I've been a melanoma patient of Dr. Overholt's for over 10 years and have never had a worry or concern over the way my treatment has been handled. I've also had numerous treatments on the cosmetics side of the practice and found them to be highly skilled professionals as well. Best dermatology group in Knoxville.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Easy to schedule an appointment and helpful anytime I have to call or reschedule. They are very good at working with me to get my daughter in when I go so I don't have to make two trips! They are very good at returning phone calls quickly.
