I think it's sad that you spend a lot of money here and they put your refund on your card. Takes 3 days for it to go back on it. They get their money same day. I feel they should give you say courtesy.

A great destination for those who share the road on two wheels. They have a great selection of motorcycles as well as riding attire. They have outdoor concerts during the warm months and indoor concerts when the weather is cold. Their is a Barbecue restaurant next door and also a bar. You never know who you will run into here .

Stopped at the Maryvillet, TN location. Amazing store, huge, plenty of things for everyone. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a place to visit if you are out that way.

Took a trip to Gatlinburg last week and wanted to rent/ride a harley through Dragons Tail since we did not ride our bikes down there. Phone call and message left prior to us leaving - no return call.
Phone call and message left once we got down there - no return call.
Physically went to the dealer once we got down there to rent 2 bikes. Told they're busy and we'll be with you in 15 minutes. 1 hr later we left. No wonder Harley is having problems. I can buy any old bike but i chose a Harley because of the quality and service. Somebody should clue these folks in on what service means.

Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson is the absolute best Harley Davidson dealership in Eastern Tennessee. We've purchased 2 Dyna class bikes from them, and no other dealership could match the amazing deals they gave us. The staff members from sales, financial, motor clothes, parts, and service were awesome. After purchasing our Harley's, we were able to enjoy some amazing Bar-b-que at Stinkers, and enjoy a concert at The Shed. Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson is your One Stop Shop. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They always have a very large selection of new and used bikes. Large apparel selection at good prices. Then add to that, The Shed, that makes it practically perfect

I was there after the eclipse. Helmet fell scratched the dickens out of the face shield. Line of sift of course. Folks at Smokey Mountain Harley., went above and beyond to ensure I didn't leave without one. Very pleased with the service and the help. Want to give 100 stars. Must visit again. Thanks for the great experience.

Good place to go if you want a good screwing. I've never been so insulted in my life. They made me feel uneducated and ignorant. They made me feel like my bike was junk. They even told me my bike was high mileage. It's averaged 3307 miles a year the bike I was trading on has averaged 10,666.66 a year. If your wanting to trade for a bike there your going to need Vaseline and lots of it! Obviously this place doesn't think that Harley Davidsons hold their value, they depreciate more than a new car at Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson.

My husband & I love this place! We bought both our bikes there from Kevin. Unfortunately he's no longer there. Bit, Scott Maddox is the owner & a great guy. Although, we haven't been able to make any long distance rides with the HOGS yet, just seeing all the details Scott puts into planning the rides & coordinating arrangements for overnight stays etc. I know when we do finally get to go I will have confidence in it being done right Go over & ck., them out. Prices r great & get on email list Scott will let you know all that's going on.
