It is no longer the location for Ruby Tuesday's, I wish they would delete these reviews for Ruby's. It is the home of Altar'd State now. Welcome to our city! We are excited to have you here.
Dirty, disgusting, restaurant! I walked in and was seated at two tables that were filled with grease on the table AND on the seats. Called the Manager Bryan Sola and he acted like he could care less if I was a customer or not. Great hospitality there Bryan! Go back to hospitality school.
The waitress was awesome, her name was Megan, and unfortunately that was the only real good thign about the place. The food was not correctly prepared, the restaurant was tired and shabby looking. And during the whole time we were there the manager never came to our table to check on us. For the amount of money we spent it was terrible experience, except for the waitress, she was awesome.
We are frequent guest at the Alabaster, Alabama location but last night may be our last! We ordered the baby back ribs but when they were served, we had spare ribs. Yes, we know, they don't have spare ribs but someone okay end a delivery of spare ribs and tried to pass them off as baby back ribs. After two orders being delivered to me, the general manager looked at us like we were stupid, never apologized after he discovered that we were righ, and said he would take the one order off our bill. Since the original amount had already been billed, he ran our debit card for the new amount. After checking our account and finding that the first charge had gone through instead of the reduced amount, my husband went back to the restaurant today to clear up this mistake. When addressing this general manager (Paul), the feeling was that he really didn't care. He stood there with this arms crossed at his chest and simply shook his head, never apologizing - really never saying a word. My husband is a general manager where he works and their policy is to ALWAYS make the customer feel their business is appreciated. I don't know how long this general manager has been at this location but we have noticed on our frequent visits to this location that the crowds have dwindled. Could he be your problem???????
Just need to let upper management know that the cleanliness of the Clarksville, Indiana needs improvement. Today 7/20/2016, the salad bar needed attention. The glass over the bar needed to be cleaned. The table was sticky and the ledge and board area separating the booths was badly in need of cleaning. We eat there frequently and will continue with hopes it will improve. As a customer I wonder if the dining room needs care, what about the kitchen. We eat at the Edinburg location in Indiana and it's very well kept. Thank you for allowing my review.
