Had a great time here with my family. Beautiful facility and beach. Does not appear to have been affected by hurricane Irma. I will note however that the elevators in building 3 might be due for a maintenance checkup They sometimes ding longer than they should it even if you haven't stopped at that floor.

Coming from a guest, I highly recommend this facility. It offered
excellent service, beautiful decor and location. The Spa was elegant and the massage was amazing. Attendants were very nice and provided great service. Would love to be invited back in the future.

We had a very bad experience here. We started off with food poisoning from being served rotten shrimp.and all they did was confirm that it was in fact bad and gave us a coupon for a free drink. After that my mother ordered a drink with no lime because she has a bad allergy to lime, and of course she took a sip and there was lime in it. Her eyes swelled and she was sick the rest of the night. And again, all we got was an apology. We then paid $40 to rent 2 umbrellas for the day and when we went up to give the kids a nap and came back down they had given our chairs and umbrellas to someone else. They said it was their policy to give them away if they were unoccupied for more than an hour, which I would understand if we hadn't PAID for them!!! We stayed in the grand 2 bedroom suite for a week and one of the televisions didn't work and they had to replace the cable box at 11pm and our toilet made a very high pitch sound throughout the night. This was definitely not a 4 star hotel and definitely not what we are used to. It is a 2 star resort at best.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff from the valet to checkout. Everyone willing to go above and beyond. Our suite was clean and had an extraordinary view. We had an issue with the TV not changing channels and they sent someone immediately to fix the problem. Can't wait to stay here again!

The restaurants are really good. Beautiful beach and pool. All the employees we have come in contact with are friendly and will help u with anything they can. The hotel is very clean and if you wanted to drive somewhere everything is close by.

Beautiful room, in room breakfast wasn't great. Dinner was ok, but the kitchen screwed up my steak twice!

We live in Florida and booked a junior suite for Mother's day weekend. The property is beautiful. The room was comfortable. My husband enjoyed the golf course. I'm giving a three star rating because the place is overpriced and haughty.

This is a very nice resort on Longboat Key. Food is generally very good at the restaurants and the recent beach replenishment is beautiful! Service is excellent. Altogether, a very nice experience.
Want to add that Sand Point is a wonderful restaurant. That fish dishes are excellent. Lots of food and well prepared.
