Great service. Food mediocre for the price, high price but just OK food. Not bad but nothing exceptional. I know these are resort prices so I do understand.
So much fun with family! Well maintained golf courses! An amazing staff! I am so blessed to be able to come here! Good Pokemon Go spot by the spa!
Fantastic grounds.. Not too busy. Friendly staff. I would return no questions asked. Osprey grill was good also but has short hours. Shelby the waitress was, fantastic
Beautiful resort especially if you want to totally get away. Staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel rooms are in separate lodges. Important note is there is a separate resort fee added to the daily hotel rate and taxes.
Awesome place to visit. Didn't know you can get on the property to use the restaurants. The food is great. The atmosphere very calming overlooking the golf course.
The staff is what made my stay here so lovely. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and went out of their way to make recommendations or assist me with late check out, dinner recs, etc. Some of the buildings look a little dated, but the ones that have been more recently renovated are lovely. I'm not a golfer (I was here for a conference), but the grounds are beautiful for strolling and the conference hall was well equipped.
I had a wonderful time! The staff are very polite. My only issue is I wish they had elevators. Carrying groceries up those stairs is a work out. But other than that I loved it!
Other than being basically ignored by bar staff when I made the turn, it was a great experience. The pro shop was well stocked and the young man was very helpful. The cart guys were courteous, efficient and friendly. They even knew my name! That never happens. The course was tough, as you would expect, but I would recommend it.
A beautiful Florida resort. Staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Site map is accurate and easy to read, buildings are easily identified. Did have difficulty deciding when side of building to park on to be closest to the room though. Ballrooms and meet rooms were great. While there are some updates that are needed to bring things more current, I was still very impressed.
I attended a wedding at Innisbrooke, A Salamander Golf and Spa Resort and the hospitality was very good and in fact exceptional with the waiters and waitresses in the hall. The hall was was very clean and very decorative and beautiful. The lighting was also excpetional and had a brilliant capacity of possible over 400 people. It was great.
The first too checked into needed a bit of deep cleaning. I asked to be moved and was immediately moved to a nice and clean room. The staff it's very friendly and polite all over the property. Lock Ness pool has beautiful waterfalls and foliage. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. I rented a bike and enjoyed seeing many different birds, beautiful trees, plants and flowers everywhere. I'm not a golfer but this property makes me want to learn so I could enjoy a day on the amazing courses. This place is family friendly and wasn't crowded. It's my first day so there's much to see and do. I'll be trying the eggs beneficial breakfast on Sunday morning. Beach volleyball, rent a Surrey. Honeymoon Island is 10 minutes away. Beautiful beach with a great sunset.
One of the nicer golf resorts in all of Florida. A true paradise with two outstanding and challenging tests. The Copperhead course, home of the PGA tour event, and it's near equal in the island course. There also are two regulation courses that. Are equally well conditioned.
The property, and both championship courses offer amazing and unheard of elevation changes in Florida (60-75 feet) . The sand hills are perfect terrain that offer a lower rolling low hills basin, that is bordered by the higher sand hills that are both climbed and descended on several occasions.
We were in Innisbrook Hall. The food was delicious. The staff was professional and courteous. This event had a lot of speeches and they were very quiet as they served and removed items from tables. Outside of the banquet room was a comfortable area for sitting. I told the man at the gate it was hard for me to see the way to the exit at night and he gave me a map. I was thinking he would just tell me directions from the hall, so it was a nice to have the map. Thank you!
It was my first visit to Innisbrook as I attended a fundraising banquet for a local college. The staff was courteous and professional. The facilities were well-kept and attractive. Food served was much better in taste and quality than similar functions I've attended elsewhere with menu items I'm sure were chosen by the college organization (salad, chicken, green beans, sliced broiled potatoes, strawberry shortcake). A very pleasant experience.
