I would absolutely recommend this amazing and beautiful spa! The staff is so kind and friendly.Very welcoming as well ,and they assist you right away. My Massage therapist was Zias and he was great, I would recommend him to anyone. My husband bought me a gift here for my birthday and it was a wonderful start to my day:) Can't wait to try their other services. Thank You.

I have struggled with hair loss for years. Christina is the first stylist to actually give me suggestions and ideas that worked. My hair is longer and stronger than it has been in ten years! :) I owe my successful hair to The Red Door Salon

"My massage therapist was Zias Giljum. He was amazing. I had a deep tissue massage and the Triple Rose Hydrating Body Treatment. He totally understood how deep I like my massages and he was extremely personable. I felt completely comfortable with him. I would highly recommend him for these services and will ask for him when I return."

Please don't waste your time or money here. They will charge you for services that you never received, and are incredibly disorganized.

Be prepared to pay EXTRA or you'll be offered sub standard service! My boyfriend booked a Swedish massage for me as a treat. The moment I stepped foot into the treatment room I was asked if I really wanted the Swedish massage or their "Red Door" massage. I was then told TWICE that the Swedish massage would be the very "lightest" touch and that the masseuse could not give me extra pressure if I asked for it. However, if I ponied up an extra $15 for the "Red Door" then the pressure would be as I wished, along with a hot towel on my back and legs, and some scented oil. I was horribly offended by the blatant up-sell at the point of service. Even though I was not paying the tab, I don't appreciate this way of doing business. I'm in sales too and I would never pressure a customer by making them feel cheap for not choosing the up-sell! This reflects poorly the Red Door brand and makes the Westin La Paloma look bad.
I stormed out and refused the offer of a free massage by two managers. ill never step foot in a Red Door spa again!response / report this review -

What a great experience! I was the Mother of the groom and on Feb 22, 2017, manny and peddle was done be Malinda. Talk about being pampered! On Feb 23, 2017, the day of the wedding, Christina styled my hair and I was pleased with the look. From the time we entered until the time we left, we all had a great time. Thanks Red Door Spa

I have been coming to this Red Door location for 10 years. I have used several services.
The minute you walk into the door. You feel very Welcome. Nick Watkins is such a Friendly person. He is a good listener & always asks how things are going with you. He always asks if you would enjoy something to drink while you wait for your appointment time. Nick is definitely an asset to the front desk operation. He provides EXCELLENT customer service.
My Favorite Services are:
Haircut & Styling, plus Hair Foiling
Shannon Stish has been my primary stylist. Andrew Garcia has also done my hair. Both Shannon & Andrew are friendly, very customer oriented, good listeners, CREATIVE with many Great suggestions of what color & cut best suits my complexion & face. They are very Knowledgeable about what products work well with my hair type. They provide EXCELLENT customer service.
I really like they are provided with continual education about new haircuts, coloring & foiling. This in my opinion, makes them cutting edge hairstylists. Red Door invests in their people. So they are well educated in new styles & ways of doing things.
Everyone at the Red Door provides Great customer service & are very professional & caring people.
