I got a great deal on my car at Jim Click. Wish their Service Dept was as good as their prices, though.
Came in because my mazda 6 had a recall on the airbags. I scheduled 3 weeks in advance why I was coming in. It took them 3 hours and then said they didn't have the driver side airbag and I had to come back later to fix that one. Once they told me they had the part I scheduled an appointment that they picked and said it takes about two hours. Well it was way past that. Jim Click has poor customer service. For someone who has to come in because of the mistake of the manufacturer, you think they would want me to have a good experience so I'll buy another car here. Jim Click is on my do not buy from list.
Dealership is usually one of the more costly places to take your vehicle for standard maintenance work but you go because you should feel confident in the work and the customer service is top notch. Unfortunately not so much anymore. I considered my brake replacement experience lack luster. I was told 1.5 hours. I was 15 min early for my appointment. After 3 hours I texted for an update. Another 30 min I was told. I had come back because of the 15%. Which didn't get honored. The car could have at least been washed since there were black smudges and a partial black handprint on the roof. And the inside was a little messy. Someone even left what looks like a radio antenna in my cup holder. Doesn't seem like paying twice as much as one of the chains is worth it anymore.
P.S. I was contacted by the dealership quickly in response to an email I sent. They made concessions on my concerns and I feel better about the service.
Best car buying experience ever. Tom had great knowledge about the vehicles we were interested in.
Non pressure sale approach.
Fair price.
Recently moved here from Colorado and took my 2016 Mazda 6 in for an oil change and tire rotation. For some reason, the rotation wasn't done at the time and I had to return today to have it done. I purchased a 48 month maintenance contract that covers all service including tire rotations, yet the service rep gave me a hard time about it.When I presented the coupon, he asked where I bought the car and I told him Colorado but asked what difference it made? Then he asked if I had the contract..What?? I had the coupon book and clearly had paid in advance for these services. Finally he passed me on to another man who took care of it, but on my way home the tire warning light came on.I am very reluctant to take it back quite frankly. What a difference from the impeccable service I always experienced in Colorado.
I've been a customer for more than ten years at this location. I've had some ups and downs over the years, but my recent purchasing experience was painless and smooth. The sales staff were professional and friendly, and I couldn't be happier with the car. I noticed a small rubber trim piece missing from my car after purchase. I stopped at the dealership on my way home the next day and they replaced it on the spot, no questions asked. They also went the extra mile to get me some touch-up paint when I inquired casually about it. Rene Hernandez deserves a shout-out for being one of the best guys working there. Find him and you won't be disappointed.
I'm able to get my vehicle in fairly quickly for an appointment. They are friendly and take time to explain everything that was done and/or needs to be done.
Absolutely love the service here. Don't want to buy any other brand of car just because of the service here.
Really good products all cars really nice mazda 3,mazda6 and cx9. Rene and randy really nice sales persons.
Good luck scheduling a service appointment. They do not answer the phone Like, ever. You would have better luck getting thru the Pentagon. Sales person texts me to follow up with purchase. Very impersonal, lazy, we are not friends Pick up the phone and call if you really care. Quality vehicle, disappointed otherwise.
