This place is definitely not for everyone.

The menu is very limited. They had three sandwiches, three salads, and three additional options. That is all. I had the fish and chips which was very delicious.

It took a very long time to get a table but the food took a reasonable amount of time after we ordered.

We were there on a Sunday. I wish we had tried to sit on the patio. The inside of the restaurant is was incredibly loud. It was loud when the band was not playing and there was just music. It was even louder when the band was playing. I he band was good but it was incredibly loud.

    The price was reasonable.

This was is the kind of place that is for some people and not for some people.

Our last night in Florida, last restaurant experience, we came early as we had our 10-year-old daughter. She said, "If I had to rate this place a 1 through 5, I'd give it 100!" The waiter assured I'd love the grouper, and he was most certainly confident for a reasonbest fish I've ever eaten🐟🍺

The owner asked me to leave him a bad review so here I am. I absolutely love The Red Bar. I have been here more than 10 times when I've visited the area. We had a wonderful time today. Until the owner interrupted the server to tell her something quite insignificant while she was explaining the desserts to my boyfriend who was having a birthday. I decided not to order dessert and give that money to the server instead. When we were leaving, I told him we were disappointed at the way he interrupted our conversation, and he told us to get out and to leave him a bad review. I asked to please calm down and not be so stressed. He didn't care. Poor guy. Peace be with you.

This was a fun experience for us and our kids. There was a live band and amazing decor to look at. Fantastic atmosphere. The food was probably the best we had the entire time we were on vacation. They also DO take credit cards now, fyi. After dinner it was a short walk to watch a beautiful beach sunset. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Walton county.

It's a shabby chic little joint in the heart of the laid back Grayton Beach. It's known by locals far and wide. Great food! If you have a taste for Key Lime Pie, this place will ruin your search for the perfect flavor, I no longer order Key Lime Pie anywhere else in FL!!

This place is a definite must go when in seaside. Fantastic atmosphere. Great service. The food was awesome. Our waiter told us they have had the same five menu items for 25 years. Delicious. BUT - this place only takes cash or check so come prepared.

The food was absolutely delicious! The gumbo and shrimp roll appetizers were loved by all in our party. We could have made a meal of the gumbo. The dinner portions were big. The jazz band was a pleasant surprise. The menu on the night we went was limited to 5 selections. I don't know if this is normal or just the night we went. Also, be prepared this is a cash or check only establishment but they do have an ATM if you forget.

Such unique decor! Right up an artist's alley. Great food, music, and just a short walk to the beach. It's one of my favorite places on 30A. Bryan Hand's artwork throughout is amazing as well.

Great service makes up for the average food. Enjoyed the salad dressing so much I asked for the recipe and they gladly shared it! Fun and casual atmosphere. Delicious margaritas 😊

The online reviews were far better than the experience that we had. The location was okay close to the beach but the building inside was dirty. I had to go and use their ATM machine to get cash to pay as they don't accept credit cards or debit cards. And of course that costs extra to use their private ATM. That has got to be one of the most annoying things is to deal with a restaurant that won't take a credit card or debit card. The service was less than average and the quality of food was certainly less than average.

The Red Bar is iconic. I always make it very clear to any of my real estate customers when they come to town that they need to go to the Red Bar at least once. When you only have about six things on the menu they are obviously done right. And that's the truth.
