Excellent place and great service.
The staff was very polite and efficient, I loved the place and highly recommend it. The manager pass through our table and asked us about the service. Truly enjoy the afternoon thanks to you guys.response / report this review -

I been to this place a few times . I give it three stars because they have good food and the menu has variety but the service sucks . The waiters disappear and never come back . The last time I was here with my husband they sat us down and it took like ten minutes for someone to ask us if we wanted water. I asked the waiter to bring me tartar sauce ,and he never brought it in fact I had to ask a waitress that was walking by.she was nice enough to bring it to me . We wanted pumpkin pie for dessert and guess what no pie . They told us they ran out . The only nice thing was that the manager that passed by gave us a coupon to get a free dessert . This place lacks customer service .

Love the pub but for some reason they are taking a lot of my faves off the menu i.e. buffalo chicken mac n cheese, hopefully still orderable as a secret item but we shall see. This past time I got my beloved Rachel, hope it wasn't my last time! Also try the scotch egg, pleasantly delicious Scottish treat

Treated as a second class customer.
I have been a regular to this place for years. On Friday Sep. 15th I was there with my children having a good conversation, eating and drinking on a table outside. The Manager came and asked us to move to a table inside because they "had a reservation on that table". First of all they don't do reservations. In second place they gave us the table. It was a distasteful experience. Will never be back again.response / report this review -

Decent prices. They're fish and chips is awesome! Awesome look and good selection of spirits.
It seems very family oriented during the day (which I did not expect). The staff is very personable and attentive. Definitely a good spot for some food and drinks.response / report this review -

Awesome spot, this is our go to spot for a quick drink. We love the Balhaven Scottish Ale!! Best nitro beer!! The bartenders are always knowledgeable and friendly. Great place, great ale house food and great service! I've never had a bad bartender or wait staff person here!! Love this spot!!

I met my wife here. This place is amazing. Great selection of spirits, wine, and especially beer. The food is equally delicious.

Sadly I am not much of a drinker so cannot comment on the beer so I'll stick to what I can speak to.
I very much enjoyed the shepherds pie here and the service was very good. A good balance of helpful and attentive without hovering.
The ambiance left a bit to be desired as it was a little loud for a restaurant but again it is a bar so I did not expect to have a quiet conversation with my colleague.
On the whole a good experience. I will go back again.
Update: I did go back and had the fish and chips this time. They were pretty good. I was expecting the batter to be a little bit thicker but the fish was tasty and the batter was very light and not too oily. Different waiter than last time a little more aloof than the last one but still a decent balance of attention without hovering. Till next time.response / report this review -

Yes! Our dinner was post renewal vow ceremony. The food quality is fantastic. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere is truly perfect. The best flank steak I've had in years. This is the go to steak house in Miami.
