Debbie DePorter referred us to The Pet Station in Norton Commons a few years ago. Our schnauzer’s groom from Sarah was perfect! She and our dog have a special relationship.Sarah was transferred to The Country Club. So of course following her was a no brainer🤗. The staff at the County Club are friendly and thorough. We appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. If there are any viruses floating around. Every effort is made
to provide a safe environment. The sheer size of the facility makes it a great place for dogs of all sizes. The staff to animal ratio appears to be good. I highly recommend sending your dog to Pet Station Country Club!response / report this review -

The staff is friendly and does a great job! My dog is a Golden Retriever and LOVES to swim. He goes swimming weekly in their zero entry pool and when he boards with them. He can’t wait to get out of the car when we pull into the parking lot ; )

Like most people that own a pet or pets they are family and like family you only want the best for them. Pet Station is that place where you can get the best. The first time I walked in their door I was treated like family. From the tour to the explanation of services offered and speaking with two of the canine educators, Scott and Carol I knew it was the place for my girl Copper. If you drop by and take the tour you will see that your baby will be pampered by all the staff. I can't say enough great things about them, I love 'em

I can’t say enough about how much we heart this place and the staff. My Jersey girl is my child and like any parent you want the absolute best. I was a little anxious about starting all over after relocating here. But from the moment I talked with the day cation staff and saw the club (it doesn’t disappoint), I knew that they were genuine pet lovers and would treat mine like their own. We have so enjoyed day cation and especially outdoor play time! We have also boarding and the board and train program. Emily is fantastic and truly wants to provide you and your pup a training plan that meets your goals. I would recommend to anyone who wants to give their dog a great start and you can easily continue at home. Thanks to all staff that make this place awesome day in and out. Your attitude, care and love for our pets is what makes the difference!

My dog is definitely not the easiest, she requires a ton of patience and lots of attention. Adapting to new environments, daycares, and dealing with my constant travel schedule really affects her behavior in a negative way. Carole and Scott never gave up on my little babe, Rue, and have turned the Pet Station into a happy and positive place for her! Not only does she get tons of playtime and cuddles but she also gets to work on training with one of their amazing coaches. Pet Station is the best and I highly recommend it for daycare, boarding, training everything!

As a Canine Coach for our off-leash play program, Daycation, I get the opportunity to spend my workdays playing with so many incredible dogs, which I shared a few photos of here.
I get to study the social interactions & behaviors of a wide variety of breeds & sizes of dogs 1st hand! My days are spent in the company of everything from 5lb tiny dogs, to 130lb extra large dogs and everything in between.
Getting to work with the animals that I do is incredible. But what truly sets The Pet Station Country Club apart & makes it such an amazing place to work, is the compassionate team of people working incredibly hard behind the scenes to provide exceptional care for the pets entrusted to us!
Being surrounded by others who are just as passionate about the well-being of animals as I am, is absolutely a dream come true!!response / report this review -

We recently relocated to Louisville from Atlanta, and I've been searching for a good kennel for our 2-year-old Great Dane. I had tried four places and randomly drove by The Pet Station one afternoon. The next day I called and went in for a tour. Maverick has now boarded there, and goes to Day Care weekly. He loves it, and so do I. The facility is fantastic and, *gasp*, they actually have an OUTDOOR area!!! Imagine that. It's not too big, but big enough to have multiple play groups and areas. Every night after day care, I can find hilarious videos and still photos of that days shenanigans. The staff is fabulous, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Now when I call they answer the phone, "Hello Shelly!" I cannot recommend this facility enough. It's obvious the owners have put a great deal of thought into this company. We LOVE it!!!!

An amazing facility with the biggest dog lovers ever. My 1 year old puppy started Daycation when they opened in early 2017 and LOVES it. She can't wait to get there. The daily reports show you just how much fun the dogs have. We've also boarded there on multiple occasions and will definitely return. Fabulous!

We love the folks at The Country Club! When I first stopped by to ask for a tour they were very welcoming and didn't hesitate to invite me back to see their facilities. If you're looking for someone to care for and love your furry friends, THIS IS THE PLACE!! They take great care to make sure your pet is placed with other dogs that are of the same play level. Great people who love dogs and love what they do!!
