The hotel is fabulous with wonderful service. The bar is well appointed with vintage photos and unique craft cocktails. The evening we visited the bar, I left my coat that is unique and costly. I called one week later, after I found it missing. They located my coat and mailed it to my home in Louisiana! WOW!

My stay at the Pearl was nothing short of spectacular. All of the hotel staff were extremely nice and made us feel at home. The room was way nicer than expected. It had two balconies and a tv in the bathroom mirror! I would love to come back to the Pearl one day as it is now my favorite place I have ever stayed!

The server was very attentive to our group of about 8 or 9 people. The prices were certainly not cheap but were still in line with what is to be expected for the quality and variety of alcohol. It had a greap environment over near the bar and the groups of others seemed to be enjoying themselves as well.

Love going to the Pearl. It is one of my favorite places around Rosemary Beach. 30A, is really kid friendly with a variety of things to do. If you want to see the Dolphins, book your trip early in the summer time or you might not get a spot. September and October is less crowded and is one of my favorite times to go. The water is still warm and places are still open.

I had turned off of The Pearl due to good, but mediocre, meals. We tried it again for brunch. I was impressed. There's a new chef with an updated menu. I had a Short Rib Hash, which had outstanding flavor. My wife ordered Crab Benedict on sourdough bread, which she enjoyed. My sister returned her Benedict because the egg white was too loose for her, so they re-prepared it to her satisfaction. Another member of the party was very pleased with the burger and another with a Shrimp Club. All in all, the restaurant exceeded expectations.

Gorgeous facility. Rooftop bar food was too expensive for what it was. Only yummy thing was shrimp toast. Drinks good, especially Frozes'!

An amazing experience. You truly feel you're in another country. Exceptional service and great views. They are expanding the area so you'll see some construction and noise. Doesn't change how gorgeous the square or lawn area is. A mist experience if you're in town.

Amazing atmosphere. Great service. Stopped in because we walked by and wanted happy hour. Hotel had great staff. No pretension at all at this classy place--rather unexpected. Happy hour menu pricing was great.

Beautiful hotel with a really nice rooftop bar. Bar has ample seating and a good drink menu. No draft beer.

My friends and I went to the rooftop lounge while we waited for a reservation across the street. We ordered drinks, and had issues with half of them. The soda gun was messed up, so two mojitos were bad and we ordered three sangrias. Two of the three came in drastically smaller glasses. Seems silly. When it's for one order keep it consistent. They also only brought 4 waters for 6 of us. I enjoyed my drink (a Cuban something) and would recommend but ask for it in a low ball glass instead of the martini glass. It spilled everywhere. Waiter (named Drake) was courteous and friendly and the drinks were cheap ($12-14) compared to the Manhattan prices I'm used to.

Visited The Pearl Hotel for three days in April 2017 as a family. The position of the hotel is excellent if you want to be on the doorstep of Times Square and theatres whilst still being in a quiet location.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and provided information on the surrounding area and answered our questions with enthusiasm and positivity.
The family room was large with enough space for us all and was extremely clean.
Would recommend the hotel and given the opportunity again I would definitely return to it.response / report this review -

Other than the "king" sized beds actually being queen sized in both rooms we had, The Pearl was a great place to stay after extending our trip in Rosemary Beach.
