  Visited for a week to check it out, considered buying. Staff was rude, crass, not helpful, decided not to buy. Regret using 7 days of my leave to visit there, could've been somewhere friendlier.

  My brother in law's​ brother has a home there and it is nice and the people are friendly and it is a nice place to live I am thinking of renting one there next year for the summer.

  This place is great for a vacation home or a permanent residence. Conveniently located and friendly neighborssafe and away from the craziness along the beach drag, but a quick drive (5 min) to get there if you so choose.

  Very quiet neighborhood, ground will kept and clean, most of the rooms are small but larger living spaces, 2 pools.

  As a full time resident, I love living here. restaurants and grocery stores are in walking distance. And we have the best sunsets besides view of the beach.

  I live here, buildings are extremely small but good for vacations. I like my neighborhood. My biggest problem is the hot tub because jets are too low and basically aim at your butthole. I love the turtle pond and the fact we have a place to take our dogs to potty. The slides need to be deep cleaned because they smell badly of urine, but since I rarely have the urge to use a playground it doesnt concern me. If you let your kids use the slide I would hose them off before they come inside
