We arrived here Sunday for a week and a half vacation. We are renting a park model which is a one bedroom unit. The sofa in the living room also opens into a bed so you can sleep four there. It is like a small mobile home and is very nicely decorated. Our friends stay here every year with their motorhome.

Very nice campground. I wish it was closer to the gulf, but otherwise it's fabulous. Clean, 2 pools, a great off leash dog park, and a neat dog wash. Very safe, nice wide spots, plenty of room to spread out.

This place is amazing. Beautiful grounds, clean restrooms and showers, wonderful staff. I LOVE the fact there is a quiet time and it is inforced. We did have an issue in July with boys being loud and extremely rude to adults after quiet time. Security handled this matter very professionally. My family was here the last week of July and now back for another stay. This is a wonderful place to stay. Will continue to come back.

Gorgeous place! They have someone to check the pond regularly for Gators. It's actually a fishing pond they keep stocked. They are very strict about the speed limit, for good reason. People walk, go running and children play all over the place. They have a specific spot that is fenced in for dog's. They have a basketball area and soccer area (with goals) and the balls are included for both. You just leave the balls after you're finished playing. They also have two very nice pool areas, one of which has a gorgeous Rock fountain. There are also personal bathrooms/showers in the second pool area located by the laundry room. I would definitely be interested in staying here again. The beach was only as mile away.

Enjoyed the park! Very nice, with lots to do, plenty of space Between each RV site! The staff was very friendly and polite! The grounds were very neat and clean! We will be back!

We have been coming to this campground for 3 years now. This was our second stay this year. We will not stay here again. Apparently they have had a few changes with the staff and rules. The new rule that you have to be in your campsite at 10 pm is crazy. You can't enjoy a leisurely stroll, talk amongst friends , wash clothes etc after 10pm. Brenda ( a staff member) told us specifically that our family could have all of the fun they needed before 10 pm. It is 100 degrees outside during the day. We like to stay up late and talk to our friends quietly , sometimes walking around the ponds and campground, or wash clothes . The camp hosts harass children rudely daily asking kids if they have headlights on their bikes when they clearly can see they do. They were on! No lie, I counted 10 times in one day to one child. The hosts follow them around on the golf carts taking pictures of them without parental consent. That is unacceptable. The young ladies in the front office are nice and understanding but the manager, Lyle and the silver, short haired lady in the front office Are VERY rude.
We use to be able to bring food and drinks( not glass) in the pool areas. That is no longer an option. The ladies at the front desk take pictures of you through the window and then preceded to come outside and yell at you that food and drinks are not allowed in the pool area. We were just there in March ( with different ladies working front desk) and ate shrimp with our large group at the pool while enjoying the day. No one said anything. I watched the older "security" man ask a child 7-8 years old if they were wet inside the club house. The child said "I'm not dripping, see." The security person smarted off to him and said," I asked you if you were wet. You aren't allowed in here, period, wet." The child just need to use the restroom. He had been out of the pool area drying. There is no excuse to be rude to children.
Beware of staying here if you have children. The hosts are rude, the employees are RUDE. They do not want children in the campground cause they are retired. They don't want the FUN that comes along with children. They come at you with such poor attitudes. If they tried kindness, they may get better responses.
I would not stay here again with my family. That's very sad because I have loved it for 3 years. We will NOT be back and I will make sure I tell everyone how much the old hosts and staff do NOT like children. They have a power trip. I'm on vacation. I am not going to come in at 10pm. I'm grown and will come in when I see fit. Do not advertise it as a family place if you don't want families there: Advertise it as a retirement community .response / report this review -

This was mine and my husbands first time here at this RV Resort. We have been coming to PCB for 15+ years. We probably had the smallest and oldest camper there (the pic was our little set up), but this place was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and unbelievable. The staff was incredible and I cant even begin to explain how clean this place is. Only a few minutes from the beach and a few minutes away from Walmart (just bring or rent a golf cart and you wont even have to unhook). All the neighbors and locals in this resort were so nice and friendly. We rode everywhere in a golf cart and it was absolutely perfect. We are first timers to camping and first timers to this RV resort. I don't think we will give any other place a chance, because this one was so perfect. And this was such a great experience, we want to travel to other places as well. We will be back soon and Thank you!!

This is seriously the best RV resort to stay at when the Avett Brothers are around. It's a '72 Airstream on a '69 chassis but she's strong.

NO WAY TO RELAX HERE DUE TO NOISE and NO REFUNDS
Stayed here for several weeks and there was work going on almost every day. We went shopping one day and returned to find our RV covered in some kind of dust. We realized it was from the work going on.cement dust. There is a tractor and a saw that begin work early in the am and wake us all up when we came here to rest! If you complain or ask for a refund to find a place where you can rest, it is not allowed! There is no sign to warn people staying here about the work and noise and dust. Such poor management here.and it seems the whole place is going to be park type homes as it seems they could care less about their RV customers. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The bathrooms were dirty as was both laundry rooms. We will not be back and will find other RV resorts in this area or Destin area. No need to waste retirement money here!response / report this review -

My husband and I are day 5 of a 30 day stay at Emerald Coast RV Resort. It is absolutely wonderful. It is the most well kept place that we have ever stayed. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and immaculate. They have a great crew of workers here. Everyone speaks to us. All the campers are down home friendly, even the Yanks, LOL. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. There is nothing to complain about. The pools, the spa, bathrooms,laundry facilities, everything is top notch. You know the old saying, there is always room for improvement. Well, I cannot imagine what that would be. Thanks EC RV Resort for being great hosts!!! Now on for more fun and relaxation!!!
