Very good place to stay in West Yellowstone. Excellent breakfast.
My only complaint with our experience was that we at the room closes to the offices entrance towards the park. Our room while frankly quite nice, just wasn't sound proof enough to withstand all that traffic. But other than that, everything about our stay was magnificent. The soaker tub was AWESOME and the bed was better than ours at home. We plan on staying here when we come to Jackson from now on.
Went on a Monday night . The only day without live music. Decided to have desert. 5 star excellent. Also had a warm Kalula drink. So good. So wonderful server. Great relaxing atmosphere. There was a restaurant and also a large lively bar area with lots of tables. Walked around the hotel lots of old photos and antiques. Did the self art tour in the hotel with very large beautiful paintings.Enjoyed.posted two.
Nice place, weird parking set up, clean and spacious rooms, and very close to town. Our room was 350.00 a night and you can find something as nice for half the price, Enjoy Your Day!
Nice room, good location. There's nothing that would keep me from staying here again
Stayed here while hiking the Grand Tetons Aug 14th and 15th. Beautiful remodeled suite and wonderful staff. All of them! We hopefully will return!
This hotel is a home run! Possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, spacious rooms ( mine had 2 full baths), and a super gracious staff. My balcony had lots of room (13 chairs) and a great view of part of the city and the surrounding mountains. The only downside would be the limited breakfast, but that is easily overlooked by all of the positives.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious, and luxurious. Great location, will definitely book again.
Arrived into town around 3:30 PM and went straight to our room. Didn't realize that all the rooms have an exterior entrance like a standard motel. The rooms have been renovated and are quite nice but the room smells pretty stale. There was a beautiful blanket on the king bed that the kid's loved playing with but it reeked of dust. This place is a little pricy and not very kid friendly. The pool is a narrow lap pool but on the plus side there are two hot tubs just in case there are too many people wanting to soak at the same time. There is also a workout facility and sauna in the basement which feels a little like something from an 80s horror movie. Also, the facility is undergoing a parking lot renovation leaving only limited street parking on a busy narrow road the only place to park. The musty odor, the dusty bed spread, the dank eerie workout facility, and the lack of sufficient parking is why I'm giving this place three stars. The room is around $150/night and is not comparable to chain hotels at the same price. We just spent the night in Rapid City, South Dakota in a presidential suite for less than what we are paying here.
Great hotel for a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a treat.
Great room and facilities. The breakfast was great with a nice variety. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Will stay here again if given the opportunity.
The parkway is conveniently located near town, but in a quieter area. The continental breakfast was diverse and well organized. The rooms had many small amenities such as a mini fridge and hair dryer, and other bathroom extras. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, I would recommend staying here again.
My guy and I spent several nights at this wonderful place. First and foremost I would like to say Anna @ the front desk was so lovely, very helpful with information and so efficient for anything we needed. She is a gem. The location was perfect to the town and just a short walk to restaurants, stores, wine store, and the venue we were seeing Fitx & the Tantrums at. I just LOVE Jackson Hole and would totally recommend staying her. . Leslie from Florida
The Parkway Inn was incredibly easy to find. Beautifully decorated with antique rustic decor & furnishings. It was a last minute booking, the only room available was the suite We took it. One bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a HUGE deck that could easily sit 15-20 people. My husband & I stayed in the bedroom while our young son slept on the pull-out couch (he loved it). When we first came into the room it smelled a little funny (not that big of a deal), & in the morning the whole suite smelled of the coffee they were brewing downstairs (with continental breakfast). It didn't bother me but my husband could hear all the cars going by early in the morning & had a tough time sleeping.
