Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out. Our complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, and all staff were pleasant in all interactions. We would return readily in the future and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

Large Samsung televisions in rooms. Great bathrooms. Decent breakfast buffet. Sleeper couch in room. Service at desk was not exactly enthusiastic but they recommended good restaurants and routes to the park. I used to work in a hotel so I know how it is. I think that you can't do much better than this hotel in this area.

Nice clean hotel. Pricey but good value for the area, especially when you consider a full breakfast is included in this expensive town. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi is very good. The indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were nice. The hotel site pictures lead you to think it is in a more remote part of town but it is not, I knew this beforehand by looking at Google maps though. There are a lot of nice trees on the perimiter of the property. I would stay there again. The carpet in certain high traffic areas is getting worn.

Loved Jackson Hole!! The lodge was excellent in every aspect. The lodge offered a shuttle service to the center of the town, dropped u off at the beautiful park. Just call them and they come and pick u up to get back, nice!!

Cozy atmosphere. Nice staff. Great heated indoor/outdoor pool. Good, free breakfast. However, towels were crunchy and a little frayed. We paid for a room with a fireplace and it did not work the first night if our two night stay. They were able to fix it. Overall, recommended, but maybe not highly recommended, given the high price tag.

Nice hotel with good amenities. A bit overpriced for the actual room despite the abundance of wooden bears. Not really a lodge, but a nice place to stay.

The housekeeping is very attentive, and the rooms comfy. The bathroom is extensive, with plenty of room. It's easy to get to because there's a traffic light at the nearest intersection. Breakfast is delicious, with lots of choices and very crispy bacon. The only drawback is the wifi--it's ok in the middle of the day, but around 6pm the speed drops like a rock to barely usable.

The Lodge is beautiful. The check in process was very frustrating. The front desk staff is rude and not helpful. We had to wait for a room for an hour and a half after we arrived. I ask the first staff to give us a call when the room would be ready and she flat out refused. Than the other check in person gave three rooms to three couples who just walked in while I have been sitting in the lobby for an hour and a half. The third one did not even apologize and gave me a free desert which at this point was laughable. The room was very dusty and the AC ran constantly without shutting off. Plenty more options in Jackson Hole to stay. No need to put up with that attitude for that price.

I'm a local writing this. Great location. Great staff. Amazingly beautiful Lobby. I was only there working as a river rafting shuttle service. But from what I saw everything was fantastic! Clients on our raft trip were very satisfied with their stay there.

It is a very cozy place with lots of amenities like free wifi, breakfast, and parking. It's location is okay, and the views aren't great, but the rooms are very clean, and modern looking. They didn't have double beds at the time so I got a King. To my surprise, the couch is another bed. Overall, it is a very wonderful hotel.

Great location if visiting Grand Tetons, and and close to Jackson's local restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean and had a cozy feel to them (although a bit dark). Wonderful breakfast each morning - lots of options.

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. We had a small issue with our room and they moved us into a better room no questions asked. We didn't even ask for a new room but they were so accommodating that we were moved as well as our party across the hall from us.
