Typical holiday inn Express. Small pool but nice warm water with a hot tub. Managers special Monday to Thursday 5 to 7 work snacks and free wine and beer.

Staff and management are excellent. We hold several events each year and have all of our attendees at this hotel. Shuttle service is wonderful and staff are always very receptive to the needs of our clients. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel!! Great customer service and soft comfortable beds. Thoroughly pleased with their awesome setup for their free breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast including cereal, oatmeal, yogurts, pancakes, omelettes, sausage, cinnamon rolls, several types of coffee, juices, and even lemon water. My boyfriend was thoroughly pleased to be able to have biscuits and gravy before we got back on the road. What a treat!! I have not staying at a Holiday Inn Express in years, but I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them!! The only thing that I was disappointed about was the fact that we ran out of time to take a dip in their indoor pool. Oh well, maybe next time!!

I booked a baby shower in a conference room a little over a month a head. They tried to email me my contract a few times, but had the wrong email each time. Finially, I called them the 3rd time to make sure it was right. My contract stated they will provide table, chairs, and table coths but I will do set up. I only wanted a 3 hour time slot but was charge for the whole day. I arrived my hour before for setup up and they had someone new at the front. She was not very trained and stayed on the phone with someone assisting her every move. (Not her fault) The room looked like a storage room that was half way cleaned out They did not have the correct contract printed, did not have the tables as promised, did not have the table cloths, and the two small rectangle tables that were in the room had dirty cloths! It had dried chocolate all oher them! I had to have my sister go BUY table cloths that was supposed to be promised In my contract. The trash can inside the room did not have a bag in it. And all the chairs had stains on them!

I requested a discount for the troubles, but she was the only one there and was still on the phone with someone. Took 30 min after the party was over to figure out how to process a payment. They only took off $25 I don't think that was nearly enough. They had plenty of time for reservation, the cleanliness was horrible, the customer service was bad (she tried), and I was not given as promised in a contract!

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I booked a king bed, with an added rollaway. The main bed was great, but the rollaway left me feeling sore as the mattress didnt have much support. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that each room has a fridge and a microwave, which is something almost unheard of. The included breakfast had a great variety of choices, I just wish it ran a bit longer. Overall, my stay was very nice, and I will be very likely to stay there in the future.

Stayed for 4 nights on a work trip. Very nice location with restaurants all around a couple of movie theaters and a mall. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is decent, good coffee. I didn't partake, but they have a managers reception during the week which looked like it was nice. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Excellent staff. Rooms are great. Pool deck is cheap slippery tile and very few pool towels. Hot tub Jets were also broken during our visit.

visited my friend who stayed here. room was quite large and clean. appears it was remodeled or so maybe 3 to 5 yrs ago. got to talk to the staff very friendly too even though im not a guest.

Just stayed at this hotel and went down for breakfast. Grapped two milks from refrigerator, one for me and one for my daughter. Poured over cereal and began to eat. TERRIBLE taste so I thought it was because I ate a cinnamon bun which was sweet. Then thought it was the cereal but quickly found out it was the milk. People beside us said they got bad milk the day before. I told the guy overseeing the breakfast and he just brought out other milk which was boxed but barely cold. I told him it needs to be much colder. He did not even remove the bad milk from refrigerator. I had to go to the front desk to tell them and even the young lady at front was clueless. This is DANGEROUS and the lack of urgency was FRIGHTENING! I'm a long time customer of Holiday Inn with over 100k in points. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Update: manager was suppose to call me but I never received a call. Do not visit this location.

Place was okay as far as cleanliness, but as soon as we walked in with smelt a very odd smell of sulfur or rotten egg Brought it up to the attendance and they mentioned it was from a recent remodel from the bathroom?? RAC worked fine but I talked with the lady at the pool that their AC didn't work at all and I felt so bad for her as she was very pregnant and couldn't sleep all night other than that everything was great including breakfast :-)

It was the most horrifying experience of my life. We found blood in our room in 3 different places. There was blood on my pillow, the bed sheet and the towel. I woke up looking at blood next to my face and found my baby sitting next to it. We found hair in several places as well.

To accommodate us the hotel first offered us a free night's stay in points and then increased that offer to 4 nights. Once we had left the premises we had later learned that the manager Natalie Nelson had taken back their offer and the Intercontinental Hotel Group did absolutely nothing to accommodate us.

The manager even accused me of lying despite having the evidence, filing a complaint with the Dept of Public Health and showing the staff the stains. Natalie is a very dishonest person and I would urge anyone thinking of staying here never ever to do so. Outrageous customer service.
