This was a very friendly, well kept hotel with a great breakfast. The complimentary cookie was a nice touch. Beware of the soap tray in the shower. I smashed my forehead right into the corner of it, split it open. It's right next to where you bend down to adjust the water temperature. Youch!

Awesome place to stay! It was my first time actually booking a hotel room myself and the ladies at the desk (especially Becky) were SO wonderful and helpful. It had a very friendly and inviting atmosphere. Nice pool and hot tub (plus it’s open 24/7) The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable! All workers were very kind and helpful to me during my stay. Hotel is also right off the freeway so it was easy to get to and get out of. Also close to many nice food places!:)

The rooms and linens were clean; the staff was friendly and helpful. The pull-out sofa bed was pretty weak so it's a good thing only a 2-year-old was using it; it felt like it really sank under the weight of an adult. The breakfast was fine but definitely nothing to write home about.

Clean, comfortable and a great value. The mattress in our room seemed dated and could be replaced, but the room and furnishings were very clean, well-maintained. Staff was consistently friendly and the cookies and coffee in the lobby were a nice, rememberable touch. Breakfast was good and on par with more expensive competitors. Traffic noise is noticeable, but given the hotel is almost literally on the highway, this was not a surprise. We turned our central room fan to Med which made enough white noise to help. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This is our favorite place to stay. The pool is 24 hours and the breakfast is great. The rooms are amazing and can accommodate a larger group with the family suite. Very impressed by the willingness of the people to help. I'm so glad we decided to have our daughters birthday party here. Check out the pics. Thanks for making memories with us.

My first night was good I stayed Monday to Tuesday 4 star rating.
My 4 hours stay was Wednesday I got charged the whole entire day and night the full price of 166 dollars just because I had to check in at 12:00 am and had to leave at 5:00 am I was going to be coming back to the hotel Wednesday at 4:00pm and leave at 12:00 am Thursday morning I was going to do the same thing the next two weeks and possibly more nights like it but because of it I will not be coming back.

Quiet (well insulated) rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool and hot tub area. Good breakfast buffet with perfect hours of service. Shuttle service if perfect for avoiding parking nightmares at amusement park.

Nice place right off the interstate. 24 hour pool, good breakfast. Centrally located. Worked well. Seemed not to overly priced. Little older rooms but still in decent condition. Really nice entry.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Traveling with children, we stayed here two nights, one night after flying into Salt Lake. Another night, one week after staying in Yellowstone and before our flight back out of Salt Lake. We have stayed in various Country Inn & Suites while traveling over the years, when traveling with children and have never seen such a poor hotel. I was surprised too after reading all the previous positive reviews.
On the first night we stayed, I immediately noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was hair on the floor and in the shower. I brushed it off, realizing things are not always cleaned perfectly. Then, the air conditioner broke and the room was so hot we could not stand it. I called the maintenance and a nice man came to look at it. He realized immediately it was not working and offered to go to the front desk to try to get us another room. I said I would be happy to call the front desk myself. The lady at first acted like he should be able to repair it right then and there, but considering it was 8:30 at night and we have 3 tired children coming off cross country flight, we did not want to wait for him to try to repair it. She moved us to another room and that room was actually clean.
Upon our return back to the hotel a week later, the same lady joked about not putting us back in the same room with the broken air conditioner, but guess what, we were put back in the same room. No worries, I thought, It has been a week, I am sure they have repaired it by now. The air does work a little better now and seems to cool off and on at times. I was fine with it until I walk into the bathroom (AGAIN) and notice two pieces of what look like dirty medical tape on the bathroom shelf beside the HOPEFULLY fresh towels. It was disgusting. It was dirty and even looked like it had blood on it. I showed it to my husband and then quickly threw it away. Now, wished I had the presence of mind to take photos of it all. I told the same lady at the front desk. She seemed slightly disgusted but did not apologize or offer to have someone up to clean the room. I advised her that who ever is supposed to be cleaning the rooms at that hotel is NOT cleaning them. Those two incidents made me feel like the entire room was not clean, like the sheets, etc. I will NEVER stay in a Comfort Inn and Suites again. If coming through this city, I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. If we had not had an early 6:00 am flight, I would have packed up the 5 of us and found another hotel for the night.

Love this hotel. Everything was perfect but didn't like that they blocked both of the Fox TV News channels. Would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

The front desk was fairly short with me about asking for them not to put me right in front of an elevator or the 24 hour pool so it was quiet enough for my kids. Later I understood there's a lot of freeway noise. I guess it puts them on edge to ask for quiet. The door stuck on the bathroom, our smoke alarm was clearly damaged, and the suite layout was so so. Not my favorite but acceptable if not for the grumpy check in.

Stayed in the honeymoon/presidential suite. Large clean room. Friendly staff. Nice pool, hot tub, gym. View of the sunset. Good hot breakfast. Nice, friendly staff. Convenient location. They were awesome to donate a free night stay for the raffle at the Autism Carnival, thank you.

Very clean and functional rooms. Far enough away from freeway we never heard anything from that. Kind of a quiet portion the street is on so there really wasn't any noise from that either. Front office people very kind and helpful. Same for the breakfast people. Nice size breakfast area and variety of options. 24 hour pool and spa so no worries abut getting back to the hotel too late after activities to hit the hot tub and unwind.
