One of the best breakfasts around, and the portions are unbelievable. You could share almost anything on the menu and walk away satisfied.

Well first I would like to say the food here is fantastic! The banana nut bake or apple is wonderful.
Now the negative Just ask how much they were told to give for the owners Christmas gift and white elephant gift. And how much pressure was put on them to give it or how many times they were asked.

Great food at reasonable prices. Expect a bit of a longer wait for food but it's worth it. Highly recommend the omelettes and eggs Benedict!

Ordered carryout first time customer, had heard wonderful things, have to say was less then impressed. Got the Michaels creation was good barely any fries. Portions were mediocre for a $9 lunch. Literally got 26 ff that's about a handful and they were cold. I suppose if you eat in you may get a better result. For a carryout though, they do package it nicely (not your typical styrafoam packaging, maybe that's why the prices are on the higher end. Co-worker got Fish and chips and another a Rueben, main dish was decent again very little fries. For a total of $28.00 for three lunches. Like I said maybe we have to dine in for the full effect.

Amazing breakfast! The waitress even remembered my wife from 2 weeks ago when she came with a girlfriend. I thought that was awesome.

Long line when we got there but were seated quickly. Waited almost an hour for food, it tasted good when it finally arrived. Asked the manager if that was normal practice and she said it shouldnt take more than 30 minutes (as posted on their wall) - offered the excuse they were short handed. How is that the customers issue? Saw people seated after us served before us and our drinks were gone before food ever arrived - refills were at an extra charge even though we didn't get the drinks with our breakfast. When I told the manager I was unhappy with my experience and would not return she acted as though she did not care, a very insincere apology of "I'm sorry" was offered. I will never eat there again!

On the morning of July 30, we had breakfast at The Pantry located on M59 & Gratiot. I was eating a "hand pressed" turkey sausage and discovered a large piece of paper in it. I lost my appetite and advised the waitress of the same. when the waitress returned she said the manager was going to take the sausage off the bill. ONLY THE SAUSAGElet us speak to the manager. When the manager arrived she introduced herself as the owner "Lori", who then stated she removed my meal from the bill but everyone else had to pay for ther meals. They advised her that they expected to pay for their meals because they ate them. The owner then said the cook is human and makes mistakes. Yes I agree humans make mistakes but her words and tone was so condescending it was down right disrespectful. As an owner she handled that situation very poorly and it was clear she never wanted our business again. As I promised her I would spread the word of my experience and I encourage you to share this post. When you spend your money you should expect good food and service. Please don't waste your appetite and time at this place.

Eggs were really creamy. Wish it weren't so expensive - I paid $2.65 for a Coke!

Maybe lacks a little of the charm of the original location at 15 and Van Dyke, but the food is spot on and the homemade toast is amazing.

Food is always excellent. I hate waiting for an extended period of time. I would give 5 stars to this place if they didn't cater to exaggerated groups of people! There was a party of 17! 17 people! Why?! That's ridiculous! So a party of 3 or 4 people have to wait 45 mins to get a table because they allow banquet sized groups. That's unfortunate. It puts stress on the wait staff, other customers, longer wait times for food.ugh! Food is excellent though. I never rate good restaurants high that don't know how to control their crowds.
