I like this dealership but they need to step it up. There are things they need to improve. But very nice people and clean waiting area.
My experience was EXCELLENT!!! Great people in Service I would highly recommend this Dealership.
Went in a Saturday to get a tire replaced expected to be there all day because it was Saturday. Out within an hour. That tells me one thing Kia’s don’t need a lot of repair. Great service and fast. Thanks.
Checked tires they were low. It took 1 hour. But they made sure all tires were safe
It was a great experience. I remember participating in a commercial with Rich Fisher and Jeffrey Buick wonderful memories
Never buying a Kia again.
And be careful what the sales person tells you about the
10 year engine and transmission warranty
6 year bumper to bumper warranty
6 year rust warranty and 6 year roadside assistance.
Because I was told today after 3 years of having my 2015 Kia Soul that the bumper to bumper warranty isn't a thing you'll end up paying for 80% of the stuff that goes wrong with your car.
And another thing I was told today after making 50,000 miles on my kia that you need to put a special cleaner in your gas every 7,000 miles. And no one ever told me about that. I though I was getting a good deal when buying a Kia but now I sure wish I never bought one !!!
I had a young salesman assisting me, seemed to fumble a lot, smelled like pot on the test drive. Hr made a frantic last- ditch phone call to tell me his vehicle was so much better than the competotor's. I went with the competing vehicle. Though prices within $75, the offer made in the Kia fell way short.
This place is a joke. Of you need any service at all with your car do not have any other plans. This place will dick you around. You come to use the tire warranty (that the sales people shove down your throat, that they make sound wonderful is a joke in and of itself too) you will be here with an appointment over 4 hours. Then the lady Lori says she is going to do anything expect to wait to hear back 4 weeks later if she ever does call you back. The service shop sucks too. We took our kia to get an oil change our car came out with Orange dents that where not there before that they blamed on our children who are 3 and 6 years old to have made dents that they would have to flew into the car full speed to create. Spoke to manger who said they have no camera in the repair shop. Save yourself a headache Kia on Gratiot is a huge joke.
There's four different makes at this dealership and I went into the Nissan building. I just wanted a barely used hatchback of really any make and model. The guy showed me only what they had on their lot and not any of the other buildings (commission probably?). I ended up getting a brand new Nissan because I could afford it and new is better than used, but I didn't end up with a hatchback. He was a bit pushy and although he helped me with my financing, I felt he didn't really focus on what I wanted. He also helped several other buyers while helping me. Making the customer happy should be the ultimate goal.
I went to Jeffrey Kia for a headlight replacement (as no local facilities were capable of performing the service). Upon exiting my vehicle, I was immediately greeted by the service representative, Linda. She was extremely pleasant and polite. She instructed me to wait in the lobby and she would update me as soon as the vehicle was completed. It did take a fair amount of time, however, Linda was very accommodating and also gave me a VERY nice discount. She is a wonderful asset to the Jeffrey Kia team!!!!
