I actually LOVE Kohls! Merchandise is wonderful,selection, variety and depth! Where they lack us service!!! Wait time is interminable They NEVER have enough help!!! Lubes today were ridiculous!!! I stood in line fir 45 min just for an exchange. Would have LOVED to shop more but not gonna wait in another freaken 45 min line!!

Absolutely angry with Kohl’s. I ordered a massage thing from online for a gift for Christmas and I signed up for the remind text when it arrives and seriously I got it and the person who it was for seen the whole box open on the porch. You couldn’t think to put a box over it? Good job protecting the package it came in and ruining and expensive gift.

We went to buy a new coffee machine and got great assistance from the staff. With our coupon and discount we got an amazing deal. This store is always clean and the staff is friendly. Great place to shop.

I always have a good experience at this store. I can find clothes, shoes, or gifts for loved ones. On this trip i needed to buy a baseball cap and found what i needed. Staff are always friendly. Prices are mostly good and you can find some good deals here and there.
