  My husband and I went in a couple of times looking at various options for our living room. We considered getting a couple of accent chairs, or possibly a new couch. We did not want to spend a lot of money - less than $1,000. The only option we found that could somewhat work was a newer couch; still way over our budget. The salesperson and her manager were very nice, and tried to be helpful by lowering the price for us a couple of different times, but it still was over our budget.
  
  The following day, I checked their website to see if we missed anything in the store, and I found the couch LISTED for the reduced price the salesperson and manager tried so desperately to sell to us. They made it seem like they were doing us a favor by selling it to us for that price, when in reality, that was the price you could buy it for ONLINE. I understand how sales work, but furniture is already is a HUGE rip off as it is. I will never buy anything from any Art Van.

  Worst customer service ever! I was in the market for 2 chairs and did not want to spend a whole lot of money. I was shown chairs over $600 each. I explained they were going to go in a room to fill in the space and I didn’t want to spend that much money. The sales person told another sales person I was looking for something “cheap” and then she suggested I go to Big Lots. I couldn’t believe she said that to me and I just walked out. I will never go in that Chesterfield store again!

  Salesman, Robert Duzey, listened to exactly what we wanted and led us to 3 different choices, close to what we wanted. Even the pickup date coincides with our move-in date. Couldn't be happier.

  Worst customer service I have ever witnessed, two family members and I were walking around the store for over an hour and a half and nobody once asked us if we needed assistance. We were ready to spend some serious money today, you have lost not one but multiple custmers today. We stood by the furniture we wanted and watched four separate couples and customers get greeted and welcomed into the store. One of the sales reps looked right at us and just pretended like we werent there. Thank you Art Van for making this decision very easy for us. Definitely will not be returning!

  Worst product and customer service. Dont ask them to stand by their product either. Three months after purchasing our bedroom set the bed frame broke. I won't ever step foot in an Art Van store again and stay away from manager Paul Evola.

  Can I give negative stars? This was the worst sales experience of my life. The manager of the pure sleep section was condescending, agressive, and a liar. He told my wife and I that we were lying on multiple occasions. He kept changing his story as he badgered us until we left. Everytime we tried to answer a question, he told us that we were wrong. Terrible. I'll never step into that place again.
