Family friendly restaurant. It gets packed during weekend and evenings. Food is good, simple Italian-American pastas. Compared to other restaurants in the area this restaurant is very affordable.

Great place to eat after a busy day with great value for money. $15 for a 3 course meal. Food was tasty and quick. Was quite busy, but no wait for a table; larger groups were advised to book a table.

Absolutely outstanding service and food. I've been there twice at this point and it was an excellent experience. My waiter was Erica both times and she was attentive and she remembered us from before. She even remembered small little details such as my mom asking for extra ice. SHE was amazing, gave her a $20 tip and will do it again in a heartbeat :) of you see this EricaHEY GIRL! Your awesome, we will be back again for sure!!

My husband and I ate here this past week, and I wish we never did. We ordered the garlic cheese bread with pepperoni for appetizer and it came out with no pepperoni. It also was completely flavorless and the sauce was horrible. We then received our entrees (Alfredo and spaghetti with meat sauce). The Alfredo sauce was so bland I tried to cover it with black pepper, and the cheese seemed curdled in the sauce. There was a thick layer of parmesan cheese on top which made the whole thing a mess. The spaghetti and meat sauce was no better. The sauce was bland and had a horrible aftertaste. To top off our dinner, the service was slow, better yet, non-existent. We sat there with full plates of food waiting for our check for over 20 minutes. This has been the worst meal that we have had not just on our trip, but a very long time. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants good Italian food! Walk down the street and find something else!

The food was amazing! I love how fast we got all of our food and me and my dad had a great time here. Although, we had to order appetizers and we had no choice. Which I thought was pretty wierd. Very creative and especially old-looking place! Recommend everyone should try this restaurant!

The pasta was alright. I probably won't be returning here. It was "tasty" but nothing to write home about. There are tons of other Italian places I'd rather go.

The staff was professional and courteous.

    We were seated quickly.

    The prices are not bad.

Totally worth it! The service was great and the food very tasty. The 3 course menu includes soup or salad as starter, main dish and desert. They bring you a fresh baked bread with garlic butter that is to die for.

I love this place. The food is great; I've always had excellent service; and the prices are reasonable. My favorite is the manager's favorite with the rich meat sauce and the mizithra & browned butter sauce. You get bread, a soup/salad, the pasta entree, and ice cream for $14. Delicious food for an awesome price. Highly recommend this place.

Great bread and pasta. Welcoming, classic decor. Service is friendly, but slow especially eating at the bar upstairs after a ball game. We got the spaghetti with brown butter and Mizithra cheese; one of my favorites from other locations. Still a terrific flavor combo and well made. Good stuff, as long as you're patient.

Needed a place for a short break during a conference and the staff at The Old Spaghetti Factory did not disappoint. As soon as they opened at 1130am I was welcomed and seated even though my full party had yet to arrive. Although I was still waiting to order water was brought to me right away and our waiter shared a light conversation with me to keep me company. As soon as everyone arrived more drinks and food was brought to us quickly. Great space, nice people, and good food. Do check it out.

Nine of us were celebrating two birthdays. We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately. Our server, Ashton was friendly, funny, and very attentive. No mistakes, great food, and tons of bread! Thank you, Ashton! !

Visited this place with my family - great selection of food, kids menu is awesome. I liked their soups and salads - very fresh and taste great. Another good point is that they throw in free stuff - like soups, salads, ice-cream, drinks for kids with certain menu selections. Best surprise is when you get a check and realize how low the rates are for so much food! My server was Jack who was very polite and understood what exactly we wanted for our dinner! (compared to other places nearby who charge more and then don't even care for you - do see my other reviews)

Enjoyed my 2 visits because the food was delicious and had great servers. 3 course meals on all dinners but competitive pricing. Nice to include scoop of ice cream at end of meal. Pleasant decor inside.

The service was excellent, the salad was very tasty, and the spaghetti entrees were very good quality! The price of the food are also very reasonable between 13 and 20 dollars per entree. Also, they give you a small scoop of ice cream free along with your entrees! This is an amazing restaurant. My dad and I were very pleased. :-)
