I was having a skin issue which I never before had. Originally I try to receive care with UCSD providers but they were not answering phone calls or returning voicemails and once in the phone their appointments were months away. West dermatology answered my call immediately, verified my insurance and locked me in for an appointment for a couple weeks out. I arrived to a clean facility and was greeted by the front desk. Once inside the patient room the doctor was there to speak to me shortly after. Their process is well refined and leaves you feeling very comfortable with their expert level of care. The doctor prescribed me a cream and a plan to treat the issue. After a few weeks of following the plan my skin cleared up completely. I returned for a follow up where the doctor was happy to see my results and left me feeling happy with my decision on choosing this place.

Great looking office, a bunch of expensive products for your skin care to browse while you wait, and although I'm not ungrateful for being able to go for preventative care, I didn't expect Dr. Zalenski to request a biopsy. Despite consenting for it I didn't expect her to remove essentially all of it. I hadn't looked at the cauterized section where the mole once used to be until I was home late at night after work. I had a sort of sentimental value attachment to it as it was a genetic "marker" passed on from my family. Nonetheless, in the overarching sense of appreciation, she did recommend a good acne treatment caused by my medication.

I'd give them a negative score. Went in 2 years ago for a spot on my stomach (basal cell carcinoma as it turned out) Dr. Larsen more interested in trying to sell cosmetic procedures than treating/ diagnosing my specific concern.

The doctors I have met with - Dr. Reed and another lovely female doc on different occasions were very kind, upbeat and gave me their complete attention. Also I never had to wait very long in the waiting room. I think the things I line the most have been professionalism with a cheerful and kind bed side manner. Great office!

I have seen Dr. Kelly Reed several times now and she always answers my questions thoroughly. She called me personally with biopsy results. I also have never waited beyond my appointment time to be seen. The text reminders and online check in are great features!

I was looking around for a new dermatologist in the area. I called the office and was able to get an appointment within a few weeks. The office staff was friendly and helpful. They sent my paperwork to complete online beforehand and my appointment was on time. I saw Dr. Hemperly who I liked a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to request him when I return. He was really nice and helpful!

Irene at the front desk immediately made me feel comfortable! This was my first visit with Dr. Hemperly and I am happy with his patient, kind, and thorough manner. His nurse was gentle with the necessary injection. Be sure to compliment Irene on the salt water aquarium in the reception area! "put a little love in your life" Irene!!

Very unprofessional.. I had an abscess and was so much pain, when the doctor saw it he got disgusted (not sure if studied medicine). I asked if there's a way to treat it and he says "no, you're just unlucky" I don't know how you became a "Doctor" if you can't handle an abscess.

Dr. Fabrikant is an excellent doctor and dermatologist! He was extremely gentle. I had a small procedure near my eye, and he answered all my questions thoroughly, reassuring me he'll do his best not to leave a scar.

I liked that he's specially trained in microsurgery, so I knew I was in good hands. The procedure was quick and pain free! I can tell, he cares about his patients.

I would definitely recommend others to go see Dr. Fabrikant!

Dr. Fabrikant is one of the best dermatologist in town. I had several procedures done by him over the past 6 months and the results are amazing. On top of everything he has excellent bed side manners. Top notch Doctor.

I had two moles on my face. The Dr. Came in circled them, the girl gave me shots. He comes in for 3 seconds and cuts them off. I asked if it was going to leave a scar. He replied "it'll look better than what's there now", and leaves the room. Ugh, they gave me a tiny bandaid, now it won't stop bleeding. I've had many moles removed and know that they're supposed to give you a shot of cortisone, to stop the bleeding and keep from scarring. I guess it's because I had better insurance, back then!!!
