Had such a great experience! The tour guide was energetic and entertaining. Loved walking around and seeing/ reading all the interesting history of this place. We thouroughly enjoyed it and even picked up some great souvenirs in the gift shop.

There is no reason you shouldn’t visit. This is one of only four buildings where the Declaration of Independence was signed that is still standing. If that’s not enough the staff was super friendly and entertaining. It doesn’t take a ton of time but it is a ton of history. You will not be disappointed.

Such a great tour! Guides were great and added so much to the experience. Be sure to talk to George Washington upstairs and sign the Declaration of Independence.

Love visiting the Exchange! 3 floors of stories and artifacts from "Charlestown" giving you an idea if what it was like while we were still British and the beginning of the revolutionary war. Must see!!

Great recount of U.S.A history. Includes the good and the bad. Tells an in depth story of Charleston during the revolutionary war. The dungeon tour is well done.

We stumbles upon it after walking through the waterfront Park. The tour was informative and the guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Loved all the puns. There is also a self guided part on the first and second floor of the building.

The perfect beginning to see and understand how Charleston came to be! Great tour! It's perfect to park near here because it's close to the shops around the Market and Rainbow Row. Lots of beautiful walking around here in the French Quarter.

The building was incredible beautiful and very historic. You literally feel history in the air in this place. The dungeon tour guide was AMAZING. She had a plethora of knowledge, was entertaining, and clearly knew her Charleston history. Anyone who knows history can ramble off facts but to make it engaging takes a skill. The reason why this building doesn't give five stars is that the Great Hall area lacks someone with the same expertise. The guy working on that floor mumbled and simply replied to questions asked. Not very engaging. Not sure if this would "everyone's" experience in this area, but for my group we left that section feeling turned off.
