Amazing staff! I have never met such an amazingly skilled seamstress who altered my dress! I also loved that the isles of dresses are by style it made my first time trying on wedding dresses much easier than worrying about the size

Can’t say enough good things about Bridal Gallery. Their staff has helped me out so much throughout the process of buying and alterating my bridal gown. Everyone is so lovely. They have a huge selection with dresses with options to please every bride.

I had the best experience here. Was very worried about finding a dress and put it off a long time. The day I went in I had Katelyn consulting with us and she is just WONDERFUL. I chose 6 dresses to try and they were beautiful on the rack but just not right for me. Katelyn went and pulled a dress for me and it was perfect and became "the one." She also helped me pick the perfect veil and bridesmaids dresses when it was time. I could go on all day about my great experiences there. I would highly recommend this shop to any bride looking for that perfect dress and a great experience.

My overall experience with Bridal Gallery was extremely underwhelming. The overall appearance of the store is very unimpressive; almost dirty. We got there a few minutes before we opened and the consultant told us we would have to wait which was totally fine; but then the other consultant came out and checked us in right away. I wasn't asked what I was looking for, anything about our wedding, or even what my price range was. We were given hooks at set loose on the floor. I can say that this is a different idea than what you expect, and would even make a lot of sense, if the dresses were more reflective of the cost range you'd expect for this type of service. Some of the dresses had photos of the model wearing it which was extremely helpful, but most of them did not. I am a pretty average size woman that usually wears a size 12 dress, and most of the sample sizes were that size or smaller. However, bridal dresses run smaller than regular dresses and only ONE of the dresses that we pulled was even close to fitting me. "Room" is a kind word to use for the fitting area. Its very small and there is a curtain in place of the door. On top of all of this, the consultant didn't really help at all as far as getting in and out of the dresses, luckily I had a friend there to help me. She pulled a few more for me to try but they weren't even remotely close to what I was trying to tell her I wanted to see. We came out to check for some more dresses since we found a silhouette we did like in the ONE that fit me, and the consultant said, "Ok, you kind of liked this one? Let me write it down for you and we hope to see you back in." It felt very much like we were being shooed out, and we hand only been there maybe 45 minutes. Luckily, we had an appointment for Bridal Elegance on Cascade later today and I found THE dress there!

I just came in looking for a wedding dress. Over hearing the consultant in front of me she was telling a future bride to stay away from section 8 because she definitely wasnt a big girl for the plus size section. Came off rude to me because that would be the section I would need to look in.
When she saw me she assumed I was there to pick something up, which I wasn't. I told her I'd like to try on dresses she said she could try to look into a appointment for me. I will definitely keep my appointment at Davids Bridal so much for trying out a smaller shop.response / report this review -

HORRIBLE experience. I had a visit here a couple of months ago and I was so unhappy!!! I came in for a special day to pick out my wedding dress. Thank goodness I brought people with me, the consultant wouldn't even help me get into the dresses my MOH had to do that, the lady just handed her the clips and said here ya go. She wasn't handing me accessories my MOH and I had to go find the accessories. She wasn't even there when I was dressed she was with a bride next to me who already had a consultant with her. I was so upset I was on the verge of tears!!! I hope nobody else has the horrible experience I did especially on such a special day. So glad some place else got me in on an emergency basis because of my experience here.

I didn't have an appointment when I was looking for Bridesmaid dresses and they got me right in. The service was great and the staff was very helpful. I ended up getting the dresses from here and they have done a great job of keeping me informed of what is going on. I would recommend you to check them out to see what they have.

Had an amazing experience at Bridal Gallery.. the girls that work there were so friendly and helpful.. they offered amazing suggestions (one suggestion I even applied to my dress). They were so helpful even though I didn't schedule an appointment.. I am so glad that I went there and found the perfect dress for such a great price.. Thank you for all your help!

Bridal Gallery has such a great selection of dresses in a wide range of prices. I ended up finding my dress here, and it is exactly what I pictured and I stayed within my budget! The store is very nice and organized by silhouette to make it easy for you to find dresses you like. I would highly recommend them as a great place to search for your wedding dress!
