Beautiful hotel located just off Madison Ave on the Upper East Side. A great bar downstairs to sit back and relax and people watch. Worth a visit

Exquisite and fun. I'm local, so I come here for a mid-morning break to enjoy a coffee and plan the rest of my day after some meetings in the Upper East Side. Haven't had the chance to try the restaurant yet, looking forward to it. I'm sure it won't disappoint. The decor overall is extravagant but at the same time tone down. A fun place to visit without doubt.

Sadly for my wife, on her birthday, the food was mediocre at best. The $72 Dover sole special was bland with a congealed mustard sauce. She barely touched it. The presentation of the food, in general, was average. To add insult to injury, the $13 cupcake was what I can purchase at Stop & Shop. I will say that the service was fairly attentive. With so many choices in New York, go elsewhere. I made the wrong choice this go around.

Had a lovely breakfast at the Mark Restaurant. The food is prepared and presented beautifully and it's delicious. What's even more, although the restaurant was quite busy, the staff was charming and attentive. Kudos to the manage (I think it was Kyle) for his warm welcome.

Absolutely the best of Manhattan hotels, mostly service wise with the staff's attention to your every wish and need. Amazingly friendly pet policy.

Easily my favourite hotel in NY, boutique feel in a great neighbourhood , steps from the park and museum . Round the corner from St Ambreous for coffee and across from the Carlyle of you want a lively bar ..staff are friendly without being intrusive and people know you by name probably because it's an upscale apartment hotel

I was just passing it, felt hungry and decided to drop in for brunch. Dont regret it. Eggs with salmon was delicious although very expensive. (minus one star for that).

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

Lovely rooms. Great staff. But bar far too small for size of hotel. Also, perhaps just a British thing, but complimentary coffee/tea making things in the room is always nice!
