First time staying at this Hilton but as a Hilton honors person. I'm very happy being here. Very accommodating.. friendly .. and I don't think I'd want to stay anywhere else in Times Square. Very Happy!
Good service but pricey
I would not recommend staying here, as these are timeshare rooms and not regular Hilton hotel rooms. No tubs in any of the rooms, do not offer Hilton Honors status benefits, only 3 elevators for this section of rooms, and shower is very disappointing. Staff has been amazing and helpful, but can not make up for disappointing rooms and poor club experience. Hilton Club is not a higher level for Hilton, it denotes Timeshare business which is separate and distinct from Hilton Hotels.

Everything was great. The toilet paper kept falling off the roll but that's my only complaint
Went to NYC for our 10th year anniversary. They messed up our reservation and booked us for 2 nights instead of our 3 night package. Had to change room in the middle of our vacation. They made us feel like it was our fault. Didn't like that.
The service has been pretty good, there is a complementary lounge area that I wish they'd told us about when we checked in. The room is a decent size for New York, but that means it is pretty small. It worked well for us though. It's in a very convenient location, and its made being around very easy (and cheap, we've been able to walk to everything).
Stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club with in the hotel and it was an excellent stay. Staff is so friendly. The location can't beat, next to central park, only a few blocks from time square area and with in a block or two to most of the subway lines.
The room is much larger than the normal room in NYC and nicely appointed, the staff is very attentive and the location is perfect for us.
Excellent location in midtown. Good service, clean rooms, excellent restaurants in walking distance. Can be expensive and crowded, suggest you try week nights if your schedule allows. Suggest you try Bar Americana for the Onion soup, it is on 52nd street, less than a half block walk.
I typically stay here 2 to 3 times per year. Fine hotel in NYC. The Hilton and the Hilton Club are in the same building, but are treated as separate establishments. Rooms are very modern and clean. They are OK about giving upgrades to diamond members. Don't like that they eliminated the lounge. If you are staying at the Hilton Club, you have to go directly to the 37th floor to check in. Most people find this very confusing, because it is. They no longer have a good restaurant at the hotel, but there are plenty in the area. The gym at the hotel is on par with what you would see at most luxury hotels. There is plenty of parking all around the hotel, but be prepared to play at least $50 a night. This is a fantastic location for very large corporate events. The catering component of these events is about a seven out of ten, as the food isn't really that great. Their facilities can easily support two to three thousand people.
