The common spaces of the hotel are lovely. The bar is beautiful and comfortable. The gym is top notch and had saunas in the locker rooms. No club lounge and the breakfast for platinum guests is just a coffee and croissant. I would ask for a free drink at the bar instead.

Ate at The Burger Joint. Amazing Burgers. In a place you'd never expect to find. Great music. Intimate, might be a cool first date spot. But eat quick and get out. Cause it can get packed. Definitely recommend to any burger connoisseur.

Our room was a corner suite and it was great. Very spacious, clean and nice with an excellent view. We asked for extra sheets and blankets twice for the fold out couch and a couch one child was sleeping on and they were gracious and prompt with both requests. The concierge was helpful and pleasant too concerning dinner reservations. The burger joint in the lobby was about a 20min wait in line but the burgers and fries are indeed delicious! Lastly, the pool on top floor has stunning views. Try doing the pool around dusk so you can see the full view before night falls and some of it is list to reflections from the internal lights.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

We were Escaping The Hurricane Irma and the lady at the front desk was so sweet. She was Korean and had amazing nails that she gets done in New Jersey. Forget her name. They brought us up warm pretzels had one of the most amazing views from The pool. Overlook Central Park and is indoor and heated. We are staying in 627 which doesn't have a very good view. But there is a place called the Burger Spot. Which is hidden in the lobby and was told very famous. So we got cheeseburgers and chocolate shakes from what can I say amazing. Jose was are bell hop and was very friendly. We will be leaving out Wednesday September 13. So far the stay day has been amazing. I recommend if you're staying and New York who needs the Plaza when the Le Parker Meridien is beautiful and luxurious.

The location is right in the heart of midtown, and within walking distance of many tourist spots and restaurants. The rooms have a good view, clean and ceilings are high enough. The bathroom and sink area is a tad small but unless you're a giant it doesn't matter. It might be a bit pricey on the weekend but the place has a swimming pool and offers massages -- but for extra.

Rooms are really trendy and uniquely styled for a new and exciting experience. Service has been exceptional and food and drinks have been delicious. Brought a mini fridge for our room for no extra charge. Really close to the subway and Central Park.

Every second of my experience here was spectacular! Check in with Arti was happy and pleasant, especially getting in well before check in time. The room was brilliant; clean, spacious, funky decor, great view. The rooftop pool and lounge is unreal I wish I had more time to spend up here. Every staff member I interacted with was high energy, professional and kind. Location is best of the best for me, 2 blocks from Central Park, about 10 blocks from Times Square. Everything was PERFECT, thank you!

Lunch at the hidden Burger bar was pretty decent. Nothing overly spectacular; quality was there but it wasn't as good as I'd been led to believe. The pricing scheme was also not transparent at all. Bottle of water: 3.50. slaw burger: $8. Burger with slaw on the side $12. Double burger: $9 but actually $16

The staff was so kind and accommodating! We spoke to Paul in the middle of the night and he was really helpful and professional as well as the rest of the staff who worked with our requests to get us everything we wanted

This hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks from many NYC landmarks including Central Park. We enjoyed our room, which had a large bed and a nice desk. Unfortunately the room did not have a coffee maker. The Internet, as well as some other amenities, comes with a $15 fee, which you can decline. Their in-room soap also is not vegan.

Beautiful hotel comfortable rooms. The room I was in didn't have full curtains however which made it difficult for my kid to nap during the day. The burger joint is delicious.

We've got one more night, but the hotel has been very accommodating. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are great too, spacious and comfortable, plus the amenities are up to date unlike some other hotels that still haven't realized its 2017. The hotel is only a few blocks away from Times Square so there's plenty of things to do in the immediate area.

Was invited to an event and had the opportunity to hear some experts speak and enjoy a cocktail afterwards. Such a lovely view from the penthouse and the staff was top notch. Looking forward to finding an excuse to spend the there again, even though I live not too far away.
