Clean mall, went to see Santa. Plenty of security present. Mostly clothes stores. But I guess that's all malls these days. 2 stories with escalators and stairs. Maps present everywhere. Overall, good experience.

It's a small,older mall but the stores are good and you will always be able to find what you are looking for. The play area was recently changed and most people really don't like it - it's all about computers and there's no where for kids to run and jump and climb and no where for parents to sit. So don't bring you kids here to play. But the shopping and food court are very good.

Have been a shopper here for years and will be for years to come.
Some stores are closed (maybe 2 or 3 when I was there) as there are new stores being put in or they are being updated. Staff is different from store to store but people at the help center have always been friendly. Every Christmas there is a Santa, and every Easter there is a bunny, both avalible for pictures with the kiddies. This mall also hosts events, I won a $250 shopping card to use in the mall just for putting my name in a bucket and being drawn. Great place to shop, large variety of stores to pick from. Although there are 2 bath and body works in this mall??? I don't understand why? One is upstairs, by the Sears. The other is down stairs to the right, leaving the food court. This mall would be a 5 star for me if they took out the smaller bath and body works and put in a lush.response / report this review -

This is one of my favorite malls, although it's slowly fading away. It has great stores and a really good sephora. Everyone is friendly, especially if you need help finding a store. It's a great place and I hope it doesn't get shut down. Otherwise Polaris mall is a good back up and it's got a big and cool hot topic! But Tuttle mall has great stores and I love the people. I definitely suggest it

The kids area is diverse for fine motor and gross motor skills. There is a area for toddlers and babies, but there isn't much to do in it. The most problematic thing I saw about the kids area is at the older preschoolers and Elementary school-age children wanted to run around and jump, and we're coming into the baby area a lot. It was on us as the parents of the small babies to remind the children to get out and to be careful. It takes a village and maybe the bigger kids need an area to burn off steam as well.

Very clean and one of the best malls in the Columbus area. They have clean restrooms and an excellent food court with a variety of foods to choose from.
They have many different stores that offer something for everyone. This is a very friendly atmosphere and an excellent mall to bring the entire family.
They have places to sit and relax while the kids play in a kids play place
They have security that is present which enhances the mall as being safe.
The parking is also free.
I highly recommend this mall and believe this is in my favorite top three places to go.response / report this review -

I love Tuttle mall! It's amazing. I love to shop there. But today I had a bad experience with the new dip n dots worker. I'm not sure what his name is, but he has long hair and his ears a pierced. He called 4 little girls rude and constantly rolled his eyes at them. The girls seemed around eleven or twelve. Then he tried to talk me out of ordering my favorite flavor and gave me his opinion that I didn't ask for. I love the flavor I get and I don't care about all the reasons he doesn't like it. Sorry for the rant about one worker at one store, but I just believe that my voice should be heard. But other than that, it's a great mall and I've been shopping there since I was a kid. There's a play area for children and a food court with a variety of good food. There are many great stores and most of the workers are amazing. I would recommended this mall as a place to shop and have fun.

Love thjs mall. You can get PROFESSIONALLY pierced there they also have a shop that sells Guages and Tunnels!!!!!

I've been going here for almost 20 years. It's a nice mall, not too big, and the prices aren't as high as they are other places. This is usually the first mall I go to when I need to go to a mall.

This used to be considered a large mall but times have changed a bit. This is a consistently clean and easy to navigate mall. There are certain stores I regularly shop and the food court is great! Parking can be challenging when you first go since a lot of people park in certain popular areas. Overall the mall is great if you are up for spending some extra money on some moderately finer things.

This mall has alot of stores. Good stores at that. Its clean the people are nice and its busy meaning great business for the local shops involved. I highly recommend this mall. Ive been to other malls this one is the best.
