We took our daughter on the train ride to meet Santa. The train ride was longer than I expected, they did a full loop and then took us to the Santa room, I would say it was at least 15 minutes. The Santa room was very pretty. All the kids sat on the floor while Santa talked to them then read them a story. Then everyone lined up and took their photos. It is nice that you only pay for the train, which was $7, then get to take your own photos for free. Some places' Santa photos are outrageous! The Santa was so good! He was great with the kids. If the kid was scared he got behind the couch and the parents held them. He looked so real, too! No fake beard here! Great experience!

I love shopping at the Lodi outlet mall. Bath & Body Works, Maurices, Gap, & Levi stores are just a few of my favorites. My granddaughter loves to ride the train around the mall. They are having some really good sales this time of the year too. Have fun shopping!!!

Great prices and really great staff in most stores. Food court was great, bathrooms were clean. I'd say about 50 percent of this mall is actual stores. The other half is empty.

After walking around the mall, it quickly becomes obvious that the management of this mall is lacking. There is many empty stores with signage in the store fronts saying "new stores coming soon". What's interesting is many of those signs have been there since last year when I visited last. Furthermore, when you ask inside a store, "what is happening here? Are you guys going to close? Why is there so many empty stores?" They all have similar answers, which is they don't know, they aren't sure if they are closing, and they are also disappointed in their decline in sales over the years. So even the stores that are there are not informed. I also have noticed that big stores like Addias recently has left now too. Even the food court is disappearing. There was a cute homemade cafe with the nicest staff, huge menu that was all made to order. The only place I would EVER eat when I came to town because it was clean, fresh, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately due to lack of business within the whole mall they were forced to cut their menu and staff.
Give it three years and that place will be a ghost town!
Go to Tanger in Columbus! Better sales and more stores.response / report this review -

Poorest management of facilities I've seen in the state. The entrance road is riddled with large potholes and crubling away at the sides. Yet they invested in a small train that rides throughout the complex. You must walk over it multiple times without managing to trip. Not friendly for elderly and huge liability. Who is running this place? The last thing i want to do is bring a brand new car down that entrance road and almost break my neck walking over train tracks! And, 30% of stores ate vacant.

Wonderful setting, with a lot of western decals and western type buildings an absolute wonderful shopping mall for the whole family! There's a train that'll transport you to any store on the premises. And a huge selection of food you could choose from There's sometime special events that go on there which makes it suitable for the whole family on any occasion. It's definitely worth the stop if you're in the area

This is a very nice mall, however it is sad to see that it is slowly dying. So many vacant storefronts. A lot of great brands are here so it's still a great place to shop. The food court has many excellent choices and there is the train that takes you around!

This is an amazing outlet to bring kids to! They have the most enjoyable train ride for kids that goes around the outlet twice and then twice around the parking lots - all for a great price! This is a must-visit outlet for kids who love trains! Otherwise, the outlet is decent, lots of shops are gone but the good ones are still there and it's easy to do the whole thing in a couple hours. It needs updating and maybe some better shops to be added but overall it is highly recommended. Enjoy!

We take our daughter here every year on her birthday because they let her drive the train for free on her birthday. She thinks it's the coolest thing. Stores are awesome and prices are good always have sales going on. Adidas has a once a year tent sale in the parking lot and the prices are so cheap!

It's a really neat layout for an outlet center. It apparently has a property owner that really loves their trains. I love trains too, which is what lured me in having seen it as I was zipping through the area along the highway, and am an avid window shopper. The layout is stupendous for having it weave in and around the strips of storefronts. Unfortunately like several other outlet centers across the US they've been hit with hard times for probably almost a decade. They've got quite a bit of empty stores. If they could come up with low rent leases for the vendors, and when times are tough like this offer to just charge low low rent and charge a certain percentage on their profits until things improve to a certain range, they could possibly get in/keep many more stores for a lot longer time. But when even the large chain stores can't even stay (and they're the ones that usually stick around a lot longer than individual store owners), it's a sign of something seriously going wrong for the area. Like I said, the layout is neat with the trains, but to give this shopping center A LOT more curb appeal I'd like to offer a few suggestions. First of course is to get in a number of new vendors to fill in a number more of the storefronts. Having many empty storefronts is somewhat uninviting. Try and reach out to your community area within say maybe a 50 mile radius. Help small business owners get a more centralized area to gathet in. Plus you might also consider creating a big section of storefronts into one large antique/craft shops, where you lease out small sections of shelf/wall space for a small modest fee per month. It can sometimes take a bit if time to fill in the little spaces, and a bit of work tracking down many little vendors of antiques/crafts, but if it's laid out nicely and the vendors display their wares decoratively, it can come out quite wonderful. There are some fairly successful shops (some fairly big) like this I've been coming across in my travels across the US (especially the east coast/northeast). Maybe even luring in a big vendor or two of model train supplies couldn't hurt either (hint hint). Another thing I'd like to suggest is considerably more landscaping. More specifically to spread out A LOT of trees and shrubbery close to the stores as well as lines if trees/shrubbery around the extremities of your property. This will help tremendously in curb appeal, as it will block off some of the fairly flat plain areas around your area, and give it a more warm homey feel. Then also using a bit of LED light strings in some areas (even year round with plain lights, and not just Christmas). Plus I think you could use a bit of repaving of some of your lot which couldn't hurt either. Here's hoping you can turn what appears to be a decent shopping center around and bring it into a wonderful attraction.
