I honestly spent many years at this mall back after it was built, my visit today was actually concerning. Upon completion the developer design a parking lot to say belt around the mall for excess from the north, south, east and west. Today it's used as a speed strip for goer's to drive to outlets.
I-71S on ramps from Gemini and Polaris Parkway becomes just one big on-ramp in which has to be one of the top worst designs.
Last, I think overall the mall and all the large stores around that area are only as good as the excessed into the area and out so with that being said I believe the total shopping experience would have to be rated a D+.
Good luck to anyone who advantages into the area.
Polaris mall is so beautiful. I love going there especially around holidays and in the summer too. I lie to go with my husband and family and friends to shop at stores and walk around and when we get exhausted we go to the cafeteria to eat. I always take advantage of those "Massaging chairs" down on the main floor. You pay $1 for 4 minutes massage on your back and it's worth it.
Great selection of stores! This mall is one of the biggest and best in the area and less crowded as Easton in the other side of Columbus. They have plenty of great good choices in the food court and pretty much every store you can think of they will have. There is usually plenty of parking space and unless there is a special holiday like black Friday you won't have to worry about over crowded shops hallways or bathrooms. All of the facilities are kept clean and tidy and look very upclass and modern. Over all I would recommend Polaris for all your local shipping needs.
Nice mall, clean, modern, nice features, convenient entrances HOWEVER, on the upper level there are only a handful of chairs, no benches, no cubes for seating other than in the food court. The ground floor seems to have seating in several locations.
Keep this in mind if you have someone in your party that needs to sit for a moment.
I'm hoping this review might draw this issue to the attention of those who can improve the situation.
One of the many reasons I love living in Columbus is the shopping! Customer service is great, amazing food options in the area, and plenty of options for everything you need. This mall has a good mix of moderate to high end stores, plenty of parking, and cleanliness.
Went to the Tuscan Brio Grille I spent some time with family from out of town. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was great. Would recommend this place to anyone
Basic mall atmosphere, usual stores. Nice place to walk around and hang out with friends. Lots of food options in the area, coffee and snacks. Plenty of parking and a valet service if you're interested.
After living in various parts of the country and shopping all over, I have come to realize that Columbus has the best shopping.
The zoo themed play place is awesome for young children.
The store selection is awesome, everything you need in one place.
I've been to this mall for years. I used to work in a few of the stores here. It has everything you need. It's a great place to hang out in general. The outside area is real nice and has some good restaurants. Definitely worth coming here to unwind a bit.
Polaris is fantastic for basically whatever you need. They have everything for the outdoorsman to the businessman and everything in-between. They also have great food options in the food court, from Chinese to chicken to pizza to sandwiches. There are fantastic restaurant options outside of the mall, including Dave and Busters and Cheesecake Factory. You can't go wrong here!
They have great trendy stores here. My favorite is White House Black Market. The food court also has a lot of options. It's great for walking around and window shopping too.
This place was really nice. There are so many stores and restaurants you really need a whole day to do through it. Everything is well kept and easy to get to.
I can find just about anything I need at the mall. Their online store directory and map is very helpful. I needed a kiosk and was able to locate it ahead of time and knew where to park so I was able to quickly go in and get what I needed and leave.
Not a big mall shopper, especially not during weekends but this mall has almost anything you're looking for and you can find some pretty nice deals. It's nothing special for a mall, if you're looking for a good shopping experience Easton is a better place to go and nicer.
During weekends parking is chaotic, like most malls. They have a great selection of places to eat. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat the food court also has a little bit of everything (Japanese, Italian, American, Greek, Mexican etc).
During the weekend I'd give this location a 3 stars due to how busy it can get (especially during holidays) but overall It's a good place to go.
This location is the best in Columbus. It's close enough to downtown but yet far enough away congestion is not a major problem. Plenty of well priced stores. Food court has a good selection.
