I hate seeing the mall in such a state. So few stores. Historically, it is neat to visit but there seems to be little left from the decade ago when I once roamed it visiting stores like Walden's and eating at places like Damon's. Still, it is one of the few malls I know of that are still around.

The number of stores seems to grow smaller with each visit. It's almost like a ghost town compared to just a few years ago. The food court is a perfect example-very little choices to choose from.

Wide variety of stores. Good music and smells good. Safe location. Never crowded.

a super nice variety of stores and is exceptionally easy to get in and out of as long as it's not a busy holiday but other than that a great place to shop

The food court is abysmally small. The stores (the ones that are open) have stocked shelves and helpful employees. The crowds aren't bad and the people are cordial enough.

They don't seem to be able to keep tenants in this mall. It is very empty. The remodel that was done looks very nice. It is still empty, though. Many of the former tenants say that they found much better leases other places. There isn't enough traffic for stores to stay afloat. The only thing decent left is the movie theater.

Anchor stores are definitely lacking in size and selection. There is a decent number of small boutiques. It seems clean and is well kept. If you want a good selection at anchor stores, you're better off going to Columbus.

This mall has seen better days. Needs major renovations and stores that are actually popular.

While many malls are progressively failing, this one seems to be holding it's own. It once hit a slumber when it lost quite a few shops and down-graded the cafeteria. Now it seems to be back on-top, almost completely full with it's shops, decent selection of shops in aswell, and even a theater. Overall it's a good mall and there's not alot to complain about, it's about the right size for the area population.

I've been coming here since at least June 26th, 1993! My parents parked their 72' Stingray Corvette in front of the old finish line in the mall during the Corvette Clubs annual car show. I loved coming down to Lancaster from Columbus for it every year. Now that I live down here I like taking my kiddos to the mall still. It reminds me of my young childhood.

After the River Valley Mall's fairly recent renovations it's a pretty decent place to shop. Not a lot to offer for teens. There are quite a variety of shops other than that, not to mention a pretty decent movie theater.

Decent sized mall for the area. Single floor, not a whole lot of variety as far as stores go. Fairly new Cinemark movie theater (10 screens). Nice food court. Where this mall really suffers is anchor stores. It needs better stores. Especially after losing Sears.
