Very nice mall. Problem is with most all malls anymore is the rent for store space is so high it is hard for businesses to profit and keep prices down. I've seen a lot of great places have to close because of that.

The Lima Mall has just become so dull. Stores are closing or leaving more often than you'd expect. There aren't very many food options inside beside the usual snack vendors (Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and some seasonal vendors). Beside the usual cleanings, the bathrooms have pretty much been completely forgotten about. They need work done to them. An updated look to the inside and outside of the mall would make it so much more appealing.

Went to many of the stores in the mall came home with more than I probably should have. My son Terry and I went shopping the mall was packed already on December 1st. Then went to Fazoli's was very busy 5 minutes wait was delicious as usual. We had a great time.

This is quite a nice mail for the location. Many cities of comparable size have less exciting malls. There is a decent variety of stores and a few places to get snacks. Customer service was friendly in every store I entered.

Very busy mall. Love seeing this place continue to thrive for the community even after some larger stores have left. Kept clean and filled with quality places to shop

Empty storefronts aside, they really have let the maintenance on this place lapse. It has most of the stores you'd expect to find but the layout is silly and the design is dated. Stained ceiling tiles, leaky sky lights, mildewed brick, etc.

Have a good variety of places to shop at, good chance you'll find what you're looking for at a decent price.

Not a lot to offer outside of the typical "Mall" Brands and department stores.
No real food court. Only food options include the usual Cinnabon/Auntie Anne's and a "Chinese" restaurant that tries to do everything else. If you work there you pretty much have to either take your lunch with you or leave the facility to eat. I've seen other independently run food shops try to start up in the many vacant storefronts. My guess is the leases are too high for these non-franchise companies to viably operate long enough to gain traction and build a strong customer base.

Not horrible but seems really run down. Kinda surprising for being so close to the college.

The stores are slowly moving out, and less people are there, other then that, it is a nice clean mall with an escalator If you know what that even is..

This mall has dilapidated to the point of embarrassment. The stores are leaving in droves because of the exorbitant rent, poor building quality, and unrealistic expectations. This mall, owned by Simon properties, dictates store hours, demands complete remodeling at the onset of a new lease, but refuses to repair anything in the building. The roof literally leaks onto the public walkways. This appears to be an attempt by Simon to siphon what profit it can from the property instead of updating it and maintaining it. The anchor stores, such as Sears and JcPenny, are possibly pulling out which means the mall will, most likely, follow shortly behind.

The only mall Lima has. It's nice clean and safe. Not the biggest mall but it serves it's purpose.
