I went to see King Crimson at The Loft in October , I’m disabled and use a wheelchair. I had requested the disabled seating but they told me there were no spots left in that area but sold my tickets in an are they told me that would be accessible. My fiancée and I got there that night. The tickets they sold me weren’t accessible they were up like 60 steps, we talked to a guy who worked there, they put us in the entry way stage right across from the disabled seating. Our view of the stage was partially blocked by a wall, people kept walking in and out blocking our view even more. I noticed there were no disabled people in the disabled seating, just people who bought those tickets probably to be closer to the stage. So we asked to be moved over there we were basically told, “no, screw yourselves”. I wrote and complained to them about it they didn’t respond. They had my money why should they care? We won’t be back.

Extremely rude security (I cannot overstate how rude and unprofessional they were), bar tenders are very hit or miss. Stage and sound are good otherwise.

Just saw The Bronx last night. 2 stars for booking a great show or else it would be less. The sound was dogshit all night. Security were overbearing. Was told to throw away water at the end of the show. I told the lady it made no sense and her response was "That's not my problem." Way to leave a bad taste in a customer's mouth figuratively and literally.

Friendly staff, good vibes, and great venue to check out some of the up and coming musical artists that come through Atlanta. Sounded great and the lighting was top notch.

Parking is unpleasant unless you like to walk or overpay for a cramped space and finding a decent spot requires driving annoyingly on the one-way road it sits on. It's terrible for getting there. However, once there, it's a decent venue. I've seen shows at both Center Stage, and the smaller "Loft." Personally, I like the intimacy of the Loft and the ability to get right up to the stage and the band.

Great venue for shows. We saw Gnash there on April 14th and loved the venue. It is located in Midtown Atlanta which happens to be the arts center of Atlanta. The view from outside the venue at night is breathtaking. Plenty of great hotels nearby as well.

It's a small, intimate venue that let's you see groups up close you might not usually get to. It also has a distinctly grungy, purist rock and roll aesthetic going on. I enjoyed it.

NOT SAFE!!! I was at the loft for a show a few days ago when I was touched inappropriately by a man that was standing behind me. I asked security to help me with the situation and they did nothing about it. Being that I was in the front and stood there for hours to see my favorite band, I didn't want to move or lose my spot. There was no justice. He began to bully me by pushing me against the rail after seeing me talk to security. I will also be reporting this place to the better business bureau due to the incompetent in their security.

They said they had no way of scanning pre order tickets because their QR code scanner was broken Mind you its 2016 and you can download an app to do that in 5 seconds. Had to purchase a ticket at the venue in order to get in. The security guards were extremely rude and were power tripping like crazy. Definitely not coming back.
