The only reason why they get two stars is because of the late night check in that's in it's the only good thing all the rest is shity the food the service the location the room it's good if you on the way at the night and you have now where to stop to take a nap so it's ok otherwise there is no reason to go there

Nice place for the rate. Staff very accommodating. Only 3 starts because I got a room which apparently was at some point forced in and the damage on the door left a gap between door and frame that allows anyone to see inside room from outside.

At the point I realized it I was too tired to ask front desk and start moving to another room so I hung my jacket inside the to block the gap and it’s view. See attached pics.

In my opinion the should be taken out of service until proper repairs can be made to close the gap.

Basic hotel but reasonable rates for the area. Doesn't have a fitness center. Rooms facing 37st have Empire State Building views.

The room was small but functional and was perfect for a place to crash after catching the Yankees game. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, all facilities were clean. This is a great location near times square but off of the main strip which makes it a bit quieter. A nice retreat from the chaos of the city. There are decent restaurant and bar selections nearby, and you can also get discounted parking at a garage that they partner with a few blocks up. No frills but a good, reasonably priced option for the area.

The rooms are small but the customer service is outstanding. Everyone was super nice and extremely accommodating. I went out one day and it looked as though it might rain, I went to the front desk to find out where I could purchase an umbrella. Margie at the front desk went to the office and handed me an umbrella to borrow. When I returned the umbrella, she informed me that it was her umbrella! Everyone was really nice from the breakfast help to the front desk staff. I will return to this hotel when I visit NYC again.

Good service and breakfast. Not the biggest breakfast but was tasted good and had all the essentials. You could also make your own waffles everyday. The location next to 5th Ave and 37W was perfect, near to almost everything including the metro. Would absolutely go back again if I got the chance.

This hotel has a heart❤️. My room was small but perfectly formed for comfort with luxe bedlinen/towels and attention to detail, ie a coffee machine which produced hot water without using the coffee basket. Service from reception throughout the hotel was wonderful. Self-serve breakfast room remains open 24 hrs for juice, water, milk for your room coffee. Well priced for midtown NYC, a walk to Broadway, Penn Station, Macy's. Well done!!

Came here to stay but my travel agent made an error and under booked the number of nights. By the time I got here it was sold out. The woman at the reception desk was more than accommodating and help my travel agent and I find a room nearby, with no charge for the travel agency error.

Great location. No safe in room however which I found odd. Seems like a new place though. Very nice staff at front desk.

The room was very tiny but modern and clean. Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel is good nearby the Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Empire State Building.
