Beautiful n super staff . Love the rock waterfall. Like being Esther Williams in the large, gorgeous pool. Cabanas great for lounging and reading.

Rooms OK. They charged an additional $40 "resort fee" after arriving which was a little deceptive. Pool area would be cool if they would actually clean it. It was full of dirt on the bottom, etc. I had to finally leave the hot tub after unknown small curly hairs floated onto me.

Too many damm fees. Great looking hotel but after all of their fees I felt like I spent over $400 just for a 1 night stay. Incremental insurance fee, hotel fee, plus the price of the room. Why not just include everything into the price of the stay instead of hitting people with ridiculous fees.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Ive stayed here about 6 times. BE ADVISED THAT THEY ARE NOW CHARGING A "RESORT FEE" WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS 28$ PER NIGHT.
Usually nice. Downside is pricing and sometimes mosquito infestation near pool. Entrance is a quick turn if your not paying attention.

My family and I stayed here for one night. At first glance the hotel is gorgeous. The front staff wasn't too welcoming but they weren't extremely rude either. The pool area is huge and includes a bar. It would help to let ppl know they have iguanas roaming. Pretty large ones. Imagine my surprise when I saw one slide out of the tree while I'm relaxing?!?!?!
Then we check in the room and the telephone does work and there are ants everywhere! We let the front staff know and the guy came and sprayed so much ant spray. Not so great for an asthmatic kid in the room.

Nice size clean rooms. Great poolside and bar area. Good breakfast options for $12 per person. Next to the oceanic drive and conceirge services available to book any key West activity. Enjoyed our stay !

Really enjoyed my stay other than the unhelpful front desk. I had 4 keys cards given when I check in that worked once. After that we had to have the batteries changed, security let us in and the maid. When. I said something to the front desk her response was not helpful. I had the do not disturb sign on and the maid still came in to clean. When I told the girl at the front she said the maids wouldn't do that so please explain how I got new towels and everything cleaned up. The pool was absolutely amazing and beds were very comfortable. If the girls up front were more helpful it would have been a 5.

Key West was a great time, but the hotel was just okay at best. Our room was decent and clean and we really enjoyed the complementary shuttle, but a lot of the staff was quite rude and unprofessional. We were told by a staff member that we were okay to be out at the hot tub during night time hours and then reprimanded and yelled at by a young lady at the front desk by the name of Aidrianna, saying that the area was closed, and that we would be thrown out of the hotel right from the start of her speaking to us. We were not being loud or obnoxious so this confrontation was quite a surprise. Also, the hotel does not provide room service and the food provided at the cafe was a bit overpriced. In addition, the none of the outlets in the room would hold a plug, "ocean view" means parking lot and freeway with water in the distance, and most of the doors in the room were broken and difficult to open. I'm not one to complain about much, but this hotel could have made our vacation a much more enjoyable experience if they would train their staff to be more proficient in customer service, I could have looked past any other issues. We will be staying at the Courtyard next time.

I just recently spent a few days at the Inn at Key West. I booked through a travel web-site and paid for an 'Ocean View'. Upon arriving I was given a room in the parking lot with the view of the entrance drive. I asked to have my room changed and was told that was not a possibility over the next days. Upon checkout I was presented with a daily charge for use of facilities, ie. the pool, bar and grounds. Never disclosed. Be aware

The crew at Inn at Key West are what made this place great! Ricky at the front desk was very Hospitable and Michael was the best bar tender I have ever had. A big thank you to Lanie, Elise, Mike and Jenn. The Inn was full and I wanted to stay one more night. One of the visiting executives, gave up their room for me to stay. Now that is service. Well done Inn at Key West. Your customer service rock!
