Superb!!!
The hotel is a collection of early KW homes turned into a little village of cottages and suites. The main entrance is a beautiful passage in the middle leads to different areas and one of four pools.response / report this review -

Full disclosure: I didn't actually stay here. However, I want to give major props to this place because I was scheduled to stay here at the time when Hurricane Irma was set to hit. After I reached out briefly the day *before* Florida declared a state of emergency, THEY called ME to help me cancel. It was really blown away! I've had major hassles with hotels and flights and such in the past, but they made this a delightful experience. I hope they weathered the hurricane well and that others can enjoy their stay at the customer-friendly Simonton Court Hotel!

We stayed in many hotels along our road trip in Florida and this is our favourite one! Beautiful and classical rooms - we stayed in two different ones- and we really love them. A must in Key West! Thank you for everything!

Amazing hotel. The staff is pleasant (Lupe from housekeeping and Cindy who serves breakfast), Liz at the reception was very knowledgeable about key west and it's attractions. Our room was Superior queen, spacious, very clean. We were on our honeymoon and could not ask for a better place to stay at. Will definitely come back next year!

Simonton Court is a beautiful hotel located in downtown Key West. The hotel is beautifully decorated, a small piece of paradise in Key West. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is located next to the main swimming pool, the options are quite limited, you can have toast, coffee, juices, yoghurt and fruit. Our stay at Simonton Court was extremely pleasant and the wonderful people that work there were very much responsable for providing a great experience.

Location is perfect, short walk to the beach and lots of fabulous places to eat nearby. Staff is super friendly. Had one meal, breakfast and very good. I stayed for 3 nights, my first night the commode started leaking and I informed the front desk.

Very friendly staff in all areas, comfortable room / cabin, nice pool(s) for lounging. Easy access to fun stuff on Duval, but not in the thick of it. Our stay was away from Simonton and was nice and quiet. Doesn't hurt that we visited during a quiet week - and got a complementary upgrade from the room we originally booked.

This place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. Small enough to feel personal but the myriad of pools and close proximity to Duval Street ensure you never get bored or stressed. Great hosts and top location.

Overall this was an amazing gem!
Pros:The grounds and staff are amazing. If you want to feel like you are in Key West stay here! Great little breakfast, included. Historically beautiful grounds and structures.
Cons: Wifi only worked half the time, however didn't need to utilize it much, we are on vacation!! We booked one of the cheaper rooms ($185) the roof leaked when it rained and the rug was sticky/dirty.response / report this review
