We just had a large Christmas work team party and we had a great time. The staff were excellent, food was timely, tastey and well presented. The fowling/bomb bowling was very fun and we want to go back for the axe throwing. It was very hot for too long, selling beer I assume, but overall a fun experience. I cannot attest to the beers as I had a long drive home and didn't partake.

Great venue. Food is pretty good. Great beer selection. I tried the sliders and they were great. The artichoke dip is quite good as well. Price is a bit higher than the original fowling location downtown but this venue is quite a bit easier to get to.

food was good and the beer glasses are very unique as the draft beers are filled from the bottom of the glass, thus producing no head. Was there on a weekday for a holiday luncheon and we took advantage of the free - play on the first two open rows that is included if you purchase lunch. We all had a great time.

I came here when I saw on TV that this place offers axe throwing. In addition to axe throwing they also offer bombowling or fowling. We ordered the street tacos and thought they were very good. The beer selection is extensive but they ran out of my first choice. It's actually kind of loud and lively but overall a nice place to visit. Go ahead and order the hand-cut fries. Those are better than the skinny fries.

My fiancé and I came here for the first time to try the buffet on Sunday. Overall the food tasted pretty good and selection was decent. The temperature on certain items could have been better; the waffles and potatoes were slightly cold. The service I would rate as average. The hostess that sat us did not engage in conversation with us when we were greeted. It was just a simple hello and that our server would be with us shortly. The 2 other groups that were seated near us were greeted much differently. The hostess had asked them if it was their first time here. I would expect the hostess to follow suite for all parties, especially during a brunch buffet. Our server could have been faster with refilling our drinks. Overall, satisfied with the first time experience. We will definitely be back to try the main menu.

This is a new, clean, fun, family owned business with a delicious menu and fantastic craft beer selection. Ubranbowling is always a fun night out for friends and family. Their brunch on Sundays is equally awesome. If you haven't been here yet, I highly recommend trying it out.

My family and I came for their new Sunday brunch from 11a-3pm and were pleasantly surprised with a huge spread of delicious food! Eggs, sausage, gravy (very tasty), chicken, waffles, corn, green beans, salad, two types of potatoes, fresh fruit, bloody mary bar, mimosas and sangria and more were available. The hostess and waitresses were attentive and our drinks stayed filled. You can elect to play a game while having breakfast too. Very happy with our experience. Will be back.

Fantastic venue to host a gathering! We hosted a 40th birthday party at The Hub with our friends and family. The catering/food was fabulous and worth every penny. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. Our entire party had a great time and was very complimentary of the venue.

What a unique concept! Had a great time. Good food and drink, and the fowling was a blast. Fun for everyone, but especially if you're in a group.

We rented one lane for two hours for a work event and will definitely be coming back. We had a blast. Ashley was our server and I thought she did a great job. They had a great band later in the evening. Food was good. Lots of laughs!

Took the waitress three times to give us the correct beer. Also there is NO WHERE to put drinks while you're playing and they kept getting knocked over. Paid way too much in beer and couldn't even drink any of it because the establishment neglects to have a safe place for drinks while footballs are being thrown all over the place. Waitress said she was going to bring her manager to talk to us about the situation and he never came. It was fun to play but fun to not get the right beer and then it get knocked over.

This place took over what used to be big buck brewery.
Obviously it's a big place, you can eat, although it's not restaurant food, it's bar food. We ate here the first time in January 2017, but the food is average to below average. We went back in February but we went out to eat somewhere first before coming to the hub.
In January we went to rent a lane and they told us it's $100 an hour for the lane to be all ours for the 1 hour. WOW, that's just way too much money. We asked what other options they had and they told us we can play in the challenge lanes for $40 bucks all night, (luckily the challenge lanes weren't full at the time we got there) but if you lose, you have to get back into line to play again. For us, this was a much better deal and made more sense since we were drinking as well.
The beer menu is pretty decent, better than expected. If you like micro beers and mixed drinks you'll be just fine. Wine I'm not sure of.
I was really disappointed in the food and the portion size. I ordered a burger and they brought it out and it was the size of a White Castle burger, and I'm not kidding. Someone needs to tell the owner, "hey our food is below average here, we HAVE to make our food restaurant quality somehow and make the portion sizes larger. Also they should define a bit more area for food tables up front left of the bar as you walk in, if people are coming in to eat before playing fowling. They don't really have a good enough food menu or food itself to bring in people to come eat here only.
Also they have to lower the prices on the 1 hour lane rental. $50-60 dollars at most would be good, $100 is way too much. After 6-12 months and people have came here once or twice, they'll go elsewhere because this place is so expensive.
We've had a good time on the challenge lanes for $40 bucks all night both times, actual fowling is a blast. But the food is sub par, and the exclusive lane rental is way too expensive. I can only give this place 3 stars. Some nights we just have to go to a place that's not as expensive but still fun.response / report this review -

I gave it 3 stars because I did have a lot of fun. But it was a bit pricey especially for the service provided, we waited 20 minutes for someone to "come to us" no one came so we went up to where we thought we had to order food, we finally got their attention and ordered some drinks, she came back to take our order and we asked for refills on a water and a pop, it took her until our food came out and bringing it to her attention again that I asked for refills. And when they brought our food out (not even our server) they were confused if it was our food or the people who were close to use (who got there and ordered after us) the lady tried to take our food! It was just not a good service experience. But the game was a lot of fun.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that although they are not even officially opened they have great food and relatively quick service times. The lane prices dropped from $100 res reservation to $50 and the open play dropped to $15-$20 depending on the time/day. Overall I enjoy the environment and the experience. I have recommended it to friends, family and co-workers. I was served by Leticia and Maddy, they were both outstanding. So, if you end up at The Hub, ask for one of them.
