Fantastic lunch! The chef David Martinez was very kind to make us enchiladas off the menu due to our dietary requirements.
His mole sauce is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Please try it!!
Bartender Tony made us fab margaritas and was a lovely guy to chat to. Very knowledgeable.

Very nice restaurant with good service. The guacamole was great and I really like their salsa served with the tortilla chips. Loved my quesadilla as well.

The table side guacamole is a great appetizer, and the margaritas are the best I've had on Lincoln Road. The bar staff are always friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. Although some of the regular menu prices are a bit high, I still highly recommend Rosa if you are craving Mexican on Lincoln. Happy Hour is my favorite time to go.

So the key to this place is to sit by the bar Alexa and Ansary will take care of you. My husband and I have eaten here several times and I promise by the bar is the fastest and best service.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner and drinks last night and we had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is trendy and relaxing, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. We were helped by Eduardo and Paola. When trying a new place I never know what to get, but Eduardo was amazing and brought me all of their sauces so I could try them to help me decide. He really went above and beyond to make our experience great and make sure I ordered something I would enjoy! Paola took great care of us, giving us delicious churros and recommending tequila. It is really difficult to find somewhere on the beach that is really worth splurging for, in terms of service and food quality, Ross Mexicana lived up to it and then some!

I dined here about a month ago and I have to say it was one of the best choices in Miami! The tacos were phenomenal and their manager Dan Munteanu is one of the best! I would highly recommend this place anytime to someone in that area!

Food was just OK. The service was terrible. Our waitress never once came over to the table to ask if we wanted anything else or how we liked the food. It took her 20 minutes to bring the check after we had asked for it. An extremely loud group of three trashy women was seated next to us, carrying on like immature high school girls screaming and yelling and making fools of themselves. No one in management reprimanded them. I would never go back again!

The guacamole is fantastic, so are the chips.
