This is a great hotel. It is small but with incredible service. They are extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. It has beautiful views. We will definitely be staying there again.

We took a chance on booking this place since we saw some not so happy reviews online. But we are so glad we did take a chance. This beautiful boutique resort is situated at the far end of a secluded small island a minute away from main land Miami. We came back to celebrate my husband's birthday after we were just here the weekend before. The night time view of the island and the city from the island are simply too beautiful to describe in mere words. The staff is fantastic, from bell hop to restaurant manager, all have a smile and a solution. If we had the capital we would have bought this place and revamp it so it gets proper recognition. This resort has 24 hour pool, steam room, locker room, hot tub with a fountain access with room key. There is security all around but not intrusive at all. Thanks, Raul, Nabila, Wellington, a few people I remember by name to take them. But everyone is super nice. This is our home away from home. We want to become members and come back here again and again. The resort has old furniture and we appreciate that vibe with oversized balconies overlooking the bay, marina and partially the Atlantic Ocean! This is our home away from home now. We love this quaint, picturesque friendly resort which is an epitome of South Florida living

I love this resort. My wife and I have come here back to back. This place has 24 hour pool and spa access. Great food on the water. I highly recommend this place as your home away from home. The room decor is a bit dated but that should not take away the charm of this beautiful oasis. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Horrible-shower did not work, terrible customer service in regards to the incident. I attempted to contact management many times after being promised they would reach out to me. I called 6 times and have NEVER received a call back from management of this hotel. The last time I called, I attempted to get the manager's information and the employee refused to give me even the manager's name I would NEVER stay here. It is an old hotel, the rooms themselves are in very bad shape, there are clear signs of water intruding through the ceilings and walls when you look around, there is a small of mold and mildew in the rooms as well. The only redeeming quality is they have furnished the rooms nicely to hide the fact that they are not spending any money on updating, fixing issues, or remodeling this hotel. . As I stated, the shower did not work during my stay. I arrived late at night, approximately 11PM and immediately retired, as I was exhausted by my trip. I had to attend a business meeting early the next day. When attempting to shower, i discovered the shower did not work. After having to call the front desk 4x, because the room phone did not work and i was hung up on by the staff, I relayed the shower wasn't working. I also relayed that i did not have time to allow someone to try to fix it, as I had to be at a meeting. The staff stated they could not put me in another room, so I had to deal with no shower. About 10 minutes later, the maintenance guy, who could barely communicate, showed up to fix the shower. I again explained that I could not waste the time, as I had a meeting to attend. I was at the door for at least 10 minutes, as the maintenance guy would not leave. He actually attempted to push the door in at one moment. I again called the desk and they relayed that they thought it was best to send the maintenance guy, even after acknowledging that I had relayed to them I had a meeting to attend and they would have to fix the issue after I left. They promised that a manager would call me. I attempted to call back 6 times and have never received a call. Overall, this is a very run-down hotel that is not worth the money, time, or effort in staying here, as the hotel itself is clearly not interested either.

We arrived and the room was moldy and not clean. I am allergic to mold and could not risk staying there. The front desk said to call the manager, and he would refund my credit card. I called 3 times and he never returned my calls. On the fourth call they reported that they had refunded the card and would email the receipts. They never processed the refund. The lobby is unlit. The rooms are old and moldy, and the whole resort is unkempt.

I bought a $120 gift certificate for a friend's birthday for this restaurant on Open Table. She tried to use it as part of payment when dining last Sunday with a group of 8 family members and friends and it was rejected. When my friend asked the reason of the rejection a person who claimed to be the manager practically insulted her, insinuated that it was a fraud, that they never issue or accept gift certificates. He was rude, the situation became embarrassing and what could have been an unforgettable family occasion became very uncomfortable. I think this restaurant disrespected itself by mistreating a customer this way. She returned the gift certificate to me, I called the restaurant and spoke to a reservation agent who promised to investigate and get back to me, which never happened. I called open table twice and both times I was promised a refund and an explanation, but to this point none of them had being received. I have emailed both the restaurant and Open Table without any result.
I firmly believe that not only an explanation and a refund are due, I believe that both the restaurant and Open Table must pay for the awkwardness and humiliation of the moment at the restaurant, the attitude of the manager who mistreated my friend in front of family and friends and myself for the shame of giving a friend a $120 gift good for nothing.
In spite of great food and ambiance I would not recommend a restaurant which does not respect the clients.

Service was exquisite, ambience and setting was nice and intimate. The food was to die for!! The ribeye was amazing along with the mashed potato! I highly recommend. Both the restaurant's manager and the general manager of the hotel came by to greet us and to assure everything was fine.

Celebrated my graduation there on Saturday with a group of 10 people. The restaurant is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. The drinks were good but the food was horrible. It took awhile and the appetizers and entrees all came out together. The food was undercooked and lack flavor. I wouldn't recommend this place for food.

Ambiance: Beautiful waterfront dining. Interior had bolstered leather antique seating. The establishment itself caters to the wealthy.

Food: Portion size was kind of small for the price tag. The selection is small and not very unique. The food was good but its not worth going for that alone.

Service: They forgot about us until I got up and said something. The clientele there is so rich and swanky you would think they would cater to your every need. I made it a point to be as grateful and humble as possible knowing they must serve people with their nose in the air all day. Still, theres better service at Chili's and I mean a lot better.

Bang for your buck: Romantic dining, sights, seclusion. At least try it once. 8====D
