Very slow service, the music is too loud and they wont consider turning it down so people dont have to yell across the table to just have a conversation

Very bad service. The food is unpleasant. We ordered fish and it was super salty. The chef had the nerve to say it was not. While sitting at my table, another customer returned their food as well. Something was wrong with it. I don't recommend this place to eat.

The buffet is TERRIBLE!!! It was VERY obvious that the food had been sitting there a long time -- perhaps even all day! The moros (black beans & rice all mixed in together) had a LOT of hard grains in it, and was dry. The cold salads were a little better, but only A LITTLE. Some of the potatoes in the potato salad were undercooked -- they, too, were hard. I had wanted to order a glass of wine, but when I asked the waitress for the price, she said it was TWELVE dollars!!! When I then I said I didn't want any, she said she would speak with the manager. But when she came back, she said the manager had told her to charge TEN dollars. That's STILL too much for a GLASS of wine!! Another thing we didn't like was that the live music would be starting at 11:00 PM. The waitress told us we would have to pay extra if we decided to stay for the live music. We had originally thought that it was part of the dining experience. The waitress was very nice, but we will NOT be back, because of the POOR quality of the food!! They should be ASHAMED of themselves, charging $11.99 for a LOUSY buffet!! (And we later saw a sign outside that read "$10.99 buffet"!!!!! ) Save your money, and go elsewhere!

It took about 1 hour ( no lie) for the food to come and it was ice cold. Do not recommend this place.

I went for a margarita drink and it was terrible. It tasted as if you were drinking lemon juice. I asked for a pina colada instead and this one did not have any alcohol. Besides, it was really pricey. Don't ever drink a margarita there. Very disappointed and the service was not great either.

We tried different foods and nothing tasted great. The kids pizza, 6 people tried it and none could finish a slice, we had to return it. The Arroz con Leche was over cooked. I could have given it 3 stars because food tasting bad depends on taste but we went on a Sunday with a coupon that said every Sunday buffet for $9.99 per person, when the check arrived it said $10.99. We showed them the coupon and they said it was only for take out. For dining in it is $10.99. The coupon said nothing of the sort. So 1 star for being very dishonest. Music was way too loud. Never coming back and I would advice not coming here either.

Didn't have any food, but the drinks were delicious and BIG! Definitely a great value. This place is huge and is expanding! They're installing pool tables and a gaming area on the second floor - it should be a lot of fun. They also have outdoor semi-private seating for the cooler days which is really nice.

The lady working at the buffet had gloves on, but we watched her clean up a 2 year old and the pick things up off the floor. I watched in awe hoping she'd change her gloves, nope, just keep right on working, touched everything on the buffet. I couldn't go back, what if that same level of cleanliness was used in the kitchen as well :/..the restaurant itself was very unique, I loved it. I just couldn't eat there again.
