This place is awesome anyone from around the area, or even out if the state, must visit this place. Great crafts, polite vendors, and terrific great tasting foods of all types. Lots of fun for the entire family all day long.

Had such a great day there. All the employees were so helpful with all our questions. Our only disappointment was we missed the food booth. :(

VisitingThe Great Pumpkin Patch has been a tradition for my family for as long as I can remember. The GPP is a unique place nestled right in the heart of Amish country. At the Patch, there is entertainment for all age groups including two mazes, an old schoolhouse, a few spooky spots, and a hay ride through the place where the magic happens.the actual patch where all the pumpkins are grown. The experience also includes an opportunity to choose and pick your own pumpkin which you then weigh for determination of price. Or if you prefer, you can also choose to wait until the conclusion of your trip and choose from a vast array of already weighed and priced pumpkins located near the exit. There is also good food and several fun and unique photo opps. My only criticism is related to the cost of the entrance fee. While I realize a fee is necessary to maintain the upkeep of the patch, it is a bit high in my opinion. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an ideal place to kick off the Fall season.

Fun, but I think the $9 fee should get you more than just the privilege to enter and buy pumpkins. The cider slush was delicious, as well as the pumpkin donuts - though they're not as good as donuts at Curtis Apple Orchard. For my money, next time I'd go there.

Great place for younger children with small, free, straw mazes. Corn maze and wagon ride at a small fee. Lots and lots of different kinds of pumpkins and squash. Also, beautiful mum's for sale. Got them 3 for 21 bucks. Could use a petting zoo and a few more handicap parking areas.

You have to pay to get in and sometimes the line can be long but it's a great place to spend the day. Lots to look at. Shopping is good. Food is great. My kids had a blast. Some of my best fall photos were taken here.

It was VERY crowded the day we went but my son really enjoyed it. The food was surprisingly good too.

Bottom line: it is fun to visit. However

I feel like this place has suffered due to its redesigns. Twenty years ago, it felt more quaint. The hay maze was larger (yes it truly was; it's not that I've "just gotten bigger"). It wasn't as crowded with artsy landscaping. Maybe it's just me being nostalgic, but it felt more like home.

Now, things have changed since that one Martha Stewart visit. It's still enjoyable but just not the same. If you're in the area, definitely visit during Autumn. If you're from out of town, it's not worth driving more than a half hour to see.

What can I say? How about a giant waste of money that would describe it perfectly. $130 for everyone to get in and there is only 4 activities for the kids to do, one of which is litterally a ""mud hill". Can't even leave with a free pumpkin after all we spent on admittance. Save your money and go to nice restaurant.

It's The Great Pumpkin patch. They have food, rides, live music, and more pumpkins than you'll know what to do with. Make sure to stop at the bakery on the way out. Off the beaten track but we'll worth the trip.

Very educational and entertaining for my 7 year old. Relaxing and enjoyable for my husband and I. Drove over two hours, and it was well worth it. Will definitely be returning!
