Interesting self-serve/pick up concession area. Makes it hard to get popcorn fresh from the popper as you pick it up from the pre-loaded shelves. It's cool to pick all your snacks up first, though, the employees dont have to hand them to you. The coke machines were out of Dr. Pepper last time I went.
Seating is not reserved. Nice theater overall.

Theater is not well maintained. Second concession stand is abandoned and in disrepair. Garbage all over it. Theater parking across the street is plentifull. Tickets all day on Tuesdays are $5 for adults and kids.

Convenient if you're in the area and a couple of strip mall places to eat nearby too.

Great movie theater with a great food and drink selection. There's a bar here, so you're free to get a drink with your movie if you'd like. Seating in the theaters could use an upgrade and the bathrooms could be cleaner, but overall it's a solid place.

Nice clean theater with good screens and decent seats. That's why we go here a lot. BUT -2 stars for the concession setup. Popcorn is never warm, you can never expect there to be butter, salt AND napkins stocked at the same station, and the first self serve soda machine I go to always seems to be out of regular coke, which ends up having a "hint" of every other product dispensed from it recently. When 1 weird tasting drink and 1 cold bland popcorn cost more than 2 tickets, not fair to make me run around for it like this. For the price I feel like I deserve warm popcorn from the popper and not to have to weave through vulture-like clusterf___s of people who all think they're next to get my drink. Staff is mostly fair to friendly. I'd give this theater 5 stars if not for the lousy concession experience.

I used to work here and cleanliness is one of the biggest factors management takes into consideration. Only downside is that it’s also one of the busiest locations in Illinois so you can only do so much to make the theater clean. Good spot to hang out with your SO since there are eating spots nearby. Food prices are what you expect for a movie theater. You can get free refills if you order larges.

I bought tickets for newly released THOR Ragnarok IMAX 3D online with designated select seats,. When I got to the theater 18 cinema entrance there was nobody checking tickets (I found it odd since newly released movies should have employees checking tickets), when I went to my seats there was a family of 5 sitting together taking my seats, I kindly asked them to show their tickets and to move but they refused. I had to go to all the way back to the entrance to get security and walk all the way back to the movie theater cinema to kick them off of my seat. During the movie the similar incident happened to 2 more customers where someone took their seats and refused to move. Horrible management by AMC. I remembered back in 2008-9 there would always be employees checking tickets for newly released movies. Management seems to be cutting costs by hiring fewer employees.

I went to see "IT" with my fiance and during the balloon scene a employee silently floated a actual red balloon down the seating area. It scared everyone and made them laugh and smile too. Very creative and fun. We loved it. You made the movie experience a lot more fun and homey. Hope to of stuff like this.

Oh and one more bonus they have an ice cream and frozen yogurt bar!

Ask a young man a simple question, how much are the nachos his other co worker was on her phone just throwing out random prices. Then had the nerve to have a attitude made me not want to eat or come to this place at all. Also the food court or concession section is disgusting been looking the same way for 8 months straight, and not everyone wants to eat preheat popcorn serve new popcorn.

A huge number of screens that are now digital. Also, they used to have a big unused space in the middle of the lobby that has now been filed with various different foods not always found in a theatre.
Parking is not a big deal and they usually have a bargain priced show.
I can say that it's a perfect middle of the line Movie Theatre. Not that fancy where you feel uncomfortable and it really feels like home there.
Plus your right next door to a few great restaurants that you can go by yourself or with the kids.

Took my wife there to see Wonder Woman. Concession stand had nothing but cold pop corn, at 830 pm! Three thirds of their food menu was 86'd. Quite frankly it was also rather dirty.

Very few non-premium options. This theater is expensive, and they don't do matinee pricing. you have to go after 8pm to get a standard $12 show.

The theaters are always clean and the food is mostly decent. Of course it's the theater, so expect to pay more for concessions. They have the awesome Dolby theater with plush seats, and Macguffins bar for adult drinks.

    Staff is friendly.
