It was the cheapest of the airport hotels clustered at the location (tied with the Comfort Inn). The room was a bit stuffy, and the alarm clock was broken, but otherwise it was exactly what you would expect from any hotel in this class. The breakfast was disappointing. Why don't hotels advertise their breakfast menus? Because then people would know not to stay here. Also be aware that this hotel caters to large tour groups, which creates a slightly less pleasant experience in the lobby and at breakfast than with just a mix of families and travelers. On the plus side, the shuttle service to the airport was very convenient.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, but if you like to take hot showers, they don’t offer hot water. We complained but they basically said there was nothing they could do until management showed up. We never heard from management. And they charged us over $100.00 a night We will never stay there again.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. I would've given 5 stars but they double charged my card for the room. They fixed it pretty quickly though.

We were greeted by Ebbie at 1.00A and though we were dragging her smile and personality made me feel like a million bucks. She should be a United Nations Ambassador. I would go back there just to talk to her again and my wife feels the same. The hotel is what you would expect. Room was clean but a bit time-worn. Beds weren't the most comfy but the shower was hot and the complimentary breakfast was tasty. It was nicely affordable and a nice experience overall.

We made a reservation, letting them know we would be coming in late (around 3-4am) But we didn't make it in til after 5am. They were promt and curteous in getting us situated quickly.

For a very short overnight, my stay was quite comfortable. The beds were cozy and thè hotel il in close proximity to The Waffle House which is always on the agenda regardless of what time we arrive. The front desk receptionist was quite accommodating, polite and prompt in her pick up of us from the airport. This is a great day.

First time staying here. Great place. With small kids I think my favorite part was the controls for the A/C unit were out of hands touch. Breakfast was excellent!!! Bacon, eggs and real potatoes with a lot of other choices.

We had a wonderful stay, but mystery stains on bathroom wall. Excellent breakfast, better than most. Very helpful breakfast attendants . Kind front desk attendants.

Girlfriends weekendThree comfortable nights in a clean room. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. Only 3 floors, but no complaints. Very quiet, hot water nice size bathrooms, soft and firm pillows. Complimentary breakfast was very good. We didn't have kids with us, but I noticed the other guests with kids were very thankful for the various items on the breakfast buffet.

My reservation was cancelled, I did inform staff that I was arriving late. Room was reserved in February. When I arrived I was laughed at by from office agent. She found it very humourous that my reservation was cancelled and that the hotel was sold out. She laughed and I felt very humiliated. She didn't think to call another country inn and have me walked there. I suggested it and still laughing she called another location. I was furious and did not let her get the best of me. The Carlson credo doesn't exist at this location. Medallion reviews are not considered here. I asked the agent to email the manager and she replied that she doesn't do that. She related that the manager doesn't care and won't pick up the phone for said issues. I was never contacted by anyone or the manager. If you like bad service and an ignorant atmosphere stay here.

First room assigned to me smelled of cigarette smoke (hotel is nonsmoking), second room had paint chipping on the wall, shampoo bottle provided was half empty, and heater didn't seem to work well. Employees were nice/helpful. It worked for a place to stay over night, but not longer than that.

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas Day on the way to see family in North Carolina. Very new and clean with a friendly, helpful staff. Laurann took very good care of us at the exceptional breakfast bar. Good to meet another cancer survivor with a positive spirit and attitude.
