The best thing about this place is the customer service. Any time you go in you will be helped with a smile. Great cuts of meat, though I was not a fan of the marinated steakhouse chicken. Otherwise, have all kinds of great things like jams and spices as well as wines that are awesome to try with your purchase. Love this place and will be back.

Service is fantastic although you are going to pay more than at Costco. Selection is really great with lots of marinated meats in addition to the standard cuts or whole brisket in my case.

I saw this place on the Phantom Gourmet and just had to stop by and try it. Just like they showed on TV, someone opened the door for us. This place had a very impressive meat selection. I tried their sweet and sticky tips which were absolutely delicious. The quality was excellent. We also brought home a couple of their sandwiches..the Reuben which was just insanely good, one of the best I've had. We also tried the smoked turkey with pesto mayo and gouda.which was very good. I thought the prices were a little high on the meat, but that can be expected for a better product. The quality of the tips was worth the price. Great job folks, and I'd also like to add, the place is spotlessand everyone there was friendly. We will be back.

A great mix between an old and new style butcher. Great selection if meats to put together yourself, and also a great stop for custom made sandwiches during lunch.

Amazing! Just had 2 of their subs the Italian and the Turkey BLT! All I can say is wow and my husband and I are so happy to finally find an amazing sub place! We also buy meat there as well everyone is so polite and it is a very clean place 👍👍👏👏👏👏💗

Thanks to the Flying Butcher and grilling chef Dan for participating in our Big Green Egg grilling event.
The grilled marinated chicken and steak tips where the best you will find anywhere. And there own brand of spices and rubs are awesome with a have a distinct and clean natural flavor to them. I now have a new favorite brand of spices and rubs. If you have never visited to the Flying Butcher I highly recommend you stop in and experience a real Gourmet Butcher Shop!
