My family and I have been customers of Charlie's Auto Service for a few years. Each visit has been professional, polite and as enjoyable as getting one's automobile repaired can be. Over these years we have had oil changes, alignments, A/C servicing, breaks, and other routine maintenance performed. When appropriate, the mechanics have asked if we preferred OEM or post-market replacement parts and I have never felt any pressure from anyone to upsell or perform unneeded work. We have never had an issue with payments, communication, or follow-up work. On the one occasion where there was a small issue Charlie's made it right without any hassles.

Con artist and scammed me out of close to $300 because my car was towed here. Never use this business. I tried to work out a payment plan and they would not budge. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I feel the vehicle was there less than 24 hours and it is .outrageous amount of money. I cannot imagine how much they charge for a repair!! I would never recommend these con artists to anyone!! Not to mention when I picked up the vehicle the passenger side window is smashed out and nobody knows how that occurred so total cost of this adventure is $283 along with replacing my window. Nice place

Charlie's provided incredibly professional and highly skilled service for my antique (1966) Mustang when I needed my heads rebuilt. They had it in and out in a little over a week and at an very fair price. Furthermore, they have provided all of the little "follow up" services and tweaks at no charge. They don't try to "nickle and dime" you for little stuff, and I really appreciate that. They are also extremely friendly and interested in me as a classic car customer. An all-around thumbs up!
