My husband and I had to file both personal and business bankruptcy. It was emotionally very stressful. But Jill and Atty. Deming walked us through the process compassionately. The Demings know their stuff. They gave us good, timely advise about managing our finances during the nearly a full year the bankruptcy required. Finally the day of the hearing with the court arrived and all went smoothly. Because of the business, there was a delay for the final closure of the case. With a failing business I sought bankruptcy advice. Attorney Deming did a thorough job of listening to all of the facts of my situation and thoughtfully presented several options including Chapter 7 bankruptcy. One of the options presented was to offer a settlement to creditors outside of a Bankruptcy proceeding. He clearly presented the facts to the creditors including convincing them that they would recover more from the settlement offered than they would through Bankruptcy. The process took several months, the fees were reasonable and the outcome was the best possible!

Mr. Deming was always available and returned calls promptly, was reasonable in his approach and delivered a great result.

I’ve had to file bankruptcy twice unfortunately, in 2008 & 2017 and Jill & Atty Deming were always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, supportive, understanding, professional and accurate in all areas of bankruptcy law and I recommend them to everyone I know going through this hard time in life. I highly recommend this law firm. They are not only true professionals, but they are also kind and compassionate people. One of their many strengths is their ability to explain the process, rules, and regulations so that you can understand what needs to happen and what is going to happen. They definitely know their stuff and are always there when you need them. I know they have many clients, however I was always made to feel like they are focused 100% on me. I truly cannot say Enough about them. Filing bankruptcy is a scary and difficult thing to do. Jill and attorney Deming helped me get through it with dignity and grace. They are passionate about what they do and are top notch when it comes to listening to your situation and guiding you in the right direction on which filing is best for you. I met Attorney Deming at a networking event. We immediately felt comfortable with each other. I believe it is very important to have a good rapport with your lawyer. This happened instantly upon our meeting.
