My mom and I took my kids to the Jump Zone, which is awesome. The boys that keep everyone playing safe are so patient. Afterwards we played some on the bumper cars and other rides. It is expensive, but we expected that. The kids at the front door need to give clear directions to newcomers, because with all the busyness of the signs and games it's hard to see where "over there" is.

We spent abt 2 weeks in Franklin, naturally, the kids got bored due to weak wifi in the mountains, luckily for us, we discovered The Factory. We took our kids there twice in-between adventures. Both times they enjoyed themselves, staff was friendly and/or professional. They walked away with plenty of parting "ticket acquired" cheap gifts. We didn't try the food but none the less it was a godsend for bored children missing their Xbox, PS4 and laptops.

I paid $75 for two kids to play so they could get unlimited attraction access. That price does not include the jump zone. My daughter had been looking forward to it for weeks. It took almost an hour to wait to play laser tag. There was almost no one there and she was a little to tall and they wouldn't let them in the foam factory. Then the go carts were closed. Also no employees were around when she wanted to play bumper cars and we had to wait forever for that. VERY disappointed! I will NEVER go back to this place.

This place is awesome! it is very clean and well-kept. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Public restrooms are available. It has something to do for all ages. If it's wet and rainy and can't go outside and use the outdoor attractions then it's no problem there is a plenty to do inside! Some examples are single player games two player games. Kids zone. Putt-Putt. The Trampoline area has a foam pit dodgeball and basketball. And more is available

IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The Pizza Was Amazing And The Staff Was Absuolety Great. Everyone was so kind and sweet!!! I Went With My School Here And We Had A Blast. I Highly Recommend Going To This Place. If You Are Looking For A Place To Take Your Kids THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO TAKE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My oldest son was not tall enough to ride the go carts and we understand that rules are rules but the staff allowed another child to ride that was clearly smaller than my son. I don't mind playing by the rules but I don't like it when people play favorites.

Great place for the whole family. The staff were freindly and helpful. Many of the staff went above and beyond. It was not crowded when we went around 7pm and stayed to closing 10 pm.

Fun place !! Great for kids and adults! ! Love the trampoline room! ! And fun go carts! A little pricey but a really fun place! They also have 2 great restaurants .. pizza buffet (reasonable prices) and a fancier dining (Boiler room ) good steaks. ..both have great food !!

This is a horrible place to take a group of 10 yr old boys!!!! The first time was OK but the second time was just a run around!!! They didn't bother to tell us that we as parents had to ride the go carts with our childrenso then we are told they can't ride of course it pissed us all off!!! Then the staff was soo rude they didn't have any respect for elders!! The managerDavidthen told us that he would never do a group rate for us again because we complained!!! Wellhello idiotyeah we are going to complain because of the disrespect your group had for us and our boys!!! All they want to do is have fun we get the run around door 30 minutes!!! Horrible place!!!!

Fun for my 10 and 15 yr old. 10 yr old wasn't tall enough to drive the go carts. Must be 58" tall, so a little disappointed with that, but the trampoline park was great. A little pricy, but fun. Had to buy their "special" socks with grips on the bottom, so again, a little disappointing because of the unexpected cost. Kids had a great time though. Have been to The Factory multiple times on several visits to Franklin. Would definitely recommend it for families with elementary amd middle school aged children. High schooler would probably like it better with friends. ;- ) Be prepared for noise of you have sensitive ears and they're busy.

This place is great! Nice stuff most of it indoors for those rainy days. Very cheap prices for what you get. Really had a lot of fun.

Great assortment of games for kids of all ages from toddlers to teens. Lots of open space. I'd give five stars but some (not all) of the younger staff seem lacadaisical and inattentive. Otherwise, great place overall. My kid has always had a great time.
