Great atmosphere with charming artifacts and memorabilia from the movie Forrest Gump. However, the food is only slightly above average. I wish it was outstanding, but it comes up short each time I visit and eat here. There is no wow factor that makes me want to return to eat here again. @landrysinc.

Great food and atmosphere. Love the Forrest Gump trivia that they wait staff play with us. Large portions are great because everyone always wants to try everyone else's good. Coconut shrimp is my favorite.

Really good food. A little bit on the pricey side though. Nice staff. Very clean. Enjoyed our waitress. She was quite knowledgeable of the menus. And had some great fun facts about the movie and restaurant that we enjoyed hearing about.

I love this place. I have stopped here every time I vacation in Pigeon Forge. Awesome food. Great atmosphere. Amazing staff. Don't be surprised if you get quizzed on your Forest Gump knowledge.

Great place to enjoy some good food and test your Gump knowledge. Fun for adults and kids. It’s a little pricey, but then again it is downtown Gatlinburg so it’s not that bad. The wait staff was very friendly and did their best to keep up with a large party. We did get overcharged for some items, but they gladly fixed it.

Fantastic food, coolest service I’ve ever had, and a gift shop. Our waiter dropped some Gump trivia throughout our meal and even used quotes when talking about the selections. The gift shop was a bit pricey but very nostalgic. And the food and even the cocktails were very high quality for the price! The shrimp Mac and cheese is tooooo Die for!

My sister and I ate here and had a FANTASTIC time. The server was the sweetest and once my sister mentioned her seafood allergy, she immediately got a manager, who assisted us every step of the way. What a fun and friendly place!! Oh, forgot to mention, I tried something new (the coconut shrimp) and I'm pretty sure it's my new favorite thing ever! Will definitely be returning on our next visit to Gatlinburg!

Very cute place, fun drinks and atmosphere and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the food fell a little flat. The New England Clam Chowder was ordinary at best but nice and hot. We had the 4 Shrimp sampler (Coconut, Tempura, Grilled and Fried) which is a great idea but some were hot, some were not and all were a bit rubbery. Nice ambiance and cheerful staff though.

Had an absolutely amazing time here, don't let the 1 star reviews sway you! From the moment we stepped in to the moment we left we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Wonderful service, the food was DELICIOUS, and when there was a mistake in our order it was fixed almost immediately and was compensated Our server was Montana and she personally made our time there an experience to remember. Thank you for such a great time!

Great food! Great customer service. The waiter was great. The food was great! The waiter saw a problem with the food as he served it and reordered for us and when the correction was delayed handled it graciously and he and manager comped/more than made it right. They rock. Go and try this place! Then go across the street to Iris Theater to see Impossibilities, magic show!

The wait was entirely too long. We were seated within fifteen minutes and the waitress took our orders right away. However, it took greater than 45 minutes to receive our food. Our dining party consisted of four adults and one toddler. We ordered 5 meals and an appetizer. The waitress came to apologize for the wait at least four times only to tell us that our dine in order was changed to carryout. Hence, another forty-five minute wait. Aside from the wait, the food was good and the waitress was very nice. Overall, the food made up for the slow service.

The staff there is very nice. They accommodated my shellfish allergy and gave AMAZING customer service! The price was the only down side! I spent about $80 for me, my husband, and daughter. My husband pretty much ate an appetizer with sides and I had salmon with rice. My daughter had the seafood boil ($25 just for it). Over all, I wish I had gotten more for my money, but very good customer service was worth it!

We loved this restaurant and will be back! Our wait time for a table was short. Our server Lance was awesome, definitely on top of his game!!! The food was a little pricey but tasted great. We had a group of 8, 3 were kids, all around great experience!!!

We love Bubba Gumps. The service is always good, and so is the food. It is a little pricey but so worth it! Shrimp New Orleans (with extra sauce) is fantastic. Fish and chips is good, and my favorite is the shrimpers net catch Cajun style! Love it!
